I went in and had the same experience like Michaela. The manager said they had the product
I traveled to go get the shoe . And got there just for both employees to say a different excuse to why it was not there when I got there . I believe it when micheala says in her review that they could sell the product for more .it's sad and both employees Leilani and the guys were bad .
Finish line I did call and 48 hrs. Waiting for a call back and nothing yet .

What’s the point of being a “ shoe store” if everyone that works there buys multiple pairs and resells them for 3x as much . Manager is very unprofessional and lets all her workers resell and buy all the new shoes. I walked in and not once was I greeted but I also listened in on the conversations and how immature and inappropriate these people are . NEVER returning to this location.

my family and i came in and the employees are great! these two employees were perfect working with each other and the way they had chemistry was adorable. i believe the girl name was Camira and the guy Eli or Elijah. thank you to them for the best experience in the store.

Really disappointed in our experience yesterday. Came in during the afternoon. Two employees were standing in the middle of the store just talking to each other, no other customers in the store. Didn’t get a hello or even make eye contact with us. We walked the whole right side of the store, my son found shoes he liked so I grabbed the one off the wall so that I could ask the employees to get his size. Went over and grabbed a measuring tool to see his current size. Still didn’t have anyone approach me to offer help. Two more employees came out of the back, one not in a uniform. They all just continued fooling around. Then a girl came out of a side door right next to where I was standing holding the shoe still and she didn’t approach to ask if we needed assistance. I stood there with the shoe in my hand while they just continued hanging out. I was planning on buying my son two pairs of shoes that he liked and my daughter also needed shoes. I didn’t even make it over to look for her. While they continued to ignore that we were even in the store I grabbed my phone and looked the shoes up that he had liked and saw that Dick’s sporting goods down the hall carried both of them so I left and spent the $300 on the two pairs at a store where I was offered assistance by the one person they had working within 30 seconds of being there. Unacceptable to have 5 people working and only one set of customers in the store and not offer assistance.

This review is not regarding the employees at the Manchester New Hampshire store the employees there are awesome. this is for the company. I spend plenty of money in this place to get exclusive access and then when I get exclusive access you guys still don't let me have the shoe. This is why I am not going to be spending money like I have in the past. Take care of your good customers and don't tell them they're going to get exclusive access when all you doing is lowering the back to the store to buy more

This finish line is by far the best, From the manger down to the store associates everybody that works there is very kind. I always have a pleasant experience every time I stop by. It’s also nice that the head manager (ysonya) sorry if butchered, always keeps the raffles and hyped launches fair. Being A customer I can really appreciate that. I highly recommend spending your money there!!

The FinishLine staff here in Manchester at the mall gave me the best customer service! Shout out to the Mgr. Ryan and Julius for helping me out! Definitely going to back to this store again! ??⛽️

I want to talk about the staff in this location .. they are super helpful and treat me with the up most respect , i live about a hr away and when ever i need to get shoes i would rather take the drive just to get the help i need especially from Leilanie Rodriguez who is truly the most caring most honest person I’ve dealt with .. thanks to her and the team in manch finish line in Manchester does it right .. kudos ms Rodriguez

My husband bought me a pair of Nike for my birthday. They were a little small so we went back to Finish Line and Tyler spent some quality time with me choosing the right pair. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have my size. Tyler said no worries and he would have them shipped from another store to my home for no additional charge. Wow. 3 days later I’m wearing and loving my new Nike Air. Great experience at Finish Line. Thank you for exceptional customer service, Tyler!

Bought a pair of sneakers to find when I drive all the way home, they put two different sneakers in the box. I went back the next day and they found the correct one.
