Mariah and Jenna were wonderful. No pressure, but lots of help! We looked everywhere for a flex steel set in leather with recliner/rockers. We were told by other businesses it doesn’t exist, but we found it here! What an awesome place. Thank you

We initially were very pleased with our shopping experience at Fallons. Things started going downhill after delivery of the accent glider chair and loveseat that we had purchased.As soon as we tried to sit in the glider seat it was obvious something was not right - its base had been assembled backwards! No one would take responsibility for that; I had to fix it myself.The love seat had seat cushions that were unequally filled. No one believed me until a service rep finally came and agreed it was indeed a problem and fixed it.I had requested to purchase a support bracket for the loveseat multiple times over the last few months; their service dept will not get back to me.The quality issues mostly originated with the furniture manufacturer ("Best Furniture") but Fallons dropped the ball on this as well.btw: I wish I had checked customer reviews and BBB ratings for 'Best Furniture' - terrible! Will not buy again.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Fallons with Karren as our guide! She was knowledgeable about all the options that fit our needs and helped us to both narrow down our choices but also go over financing that worked for our budget. The next time we are in need of furniture we will certainly be returning!!
