Hit or miss tbh. Struggled to get a med filled all week. Only to be told yall had filled it ten days prior and put it back. When literally yesterday and the week before, I was told the med wasn't and could not be filled.Are yall just lying when you don't know what to do or say? Real frustrating when one tech suggests I go to the ER just to get a few to get me thru the week. Only to be told that again. It had been filled but kept being told you couldn't. Get your story straight yall.

They were able to fill a medication that’s on back order at many other pharmacies, relatively quickly, and conveniently. But not only that, the store itself is absolutely darling and has such a great selection of everyday products, novelty items, accessories and gifts. If anyone in the Manchester area has ANYONE they may need to get a gift for, stop in and I guarantee you’ll find something amazing for them at this place. Great customer service as well.

I understand it is a high volume Pharmacy, but nothing is ever easy there…. Finally had enough and switching my last 2 prescriptions to Osco/Shaws. They mean wel, just no competence. No will take responsibility for a mistake.

Great staff helped with an insurance and pharmacy issue to get my script filled. Had it resolved in 20 mins even though another pharmacy tried to auto fill it.

My child’s doctor called in two prescriptions for her after surgery. I called the pharmacy ahead of time to make sure they had the prescriptions ready. They said they did have them ready. I went to pick up the prescriptions and they said that I need to have a physical copy of the prescriptions as well as them having been called into the pharmacy, which is not something that I was ever told by either the Elliot doctors or this pharmacy before I went across town to pick up the prescriptions. A complete waste of time and my daughter still does not have her medicine. Avoid them at all costs.

I've had good experiences overall, but their new phone system is a joke. If you need to talk to a pharmacist or any staff, you're put into a queue where you have to keep pressing "1" to hold. Doesn't sound too bad, except that you have to press "1" every two seconds. Literally. You press and hear, "All pharmacists are currently helping other customers. Please press 1 to continue to hold." Press 1. Same message. Press 1. 20 minutes later, still sitting on the line pressing 1 and losing my mind. How has no one else pointed this out? Oh, that's right, they might have tried, but are on hold. Pressing 1.

I stopped in here today for some miscellaneous medical supplies and was very thankful I did. The store is clean, well organized and fully stocked with supplies and other everyday items. The staff was excellent and answered my questions in the simplest way which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this Medical Supply store/Pharmacy!

Best thing I did was switched from Rite Aid to Rivers Edge. Much better service and prices. They all make you feel like family.

Girl working the front desk at Elliot Medical Supply is rude. Worked as slow as possible and after I asked her when she would fax my prescription back to the Dr. because she said they didn't fill it out correctly, she said she'd do it as soon as she finished with the patient who walked in after me. She took 3 more patients before finally faxing it back and then calling them to tell them the patient is very angry. Only angry because I was dealing with a witch.
