The girl who took my blood didn't even talk to me and when I was done she was rude in saying "you guys can leave now" in a ride tone. I'm happy this isn't my normal hospital because I was disappointed in her lack of communication with what was going on and she just put the needle in without even telling me she was going too.

Easily the most expensive lab I have dealt with. Like there isn't even a close second. What was once 100 is now 500.Certainly recommend using a lab like quest. I certainly will in the future.

This location doesn't exist. There is no Quest Diagnostics here. There are nothing but apartments. Do not make an appointment here. I don't know what moron marked this as a Quest Location but there's nothing here. Ridiculous, thanks for wasting my time!

I am a "frequent flier" at this blood lab and have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. The issue I have is with the newly renovated office space, no PRIVACY when checking in at the window. You're announcing your name, birthday, doctor's name, phone number and next of kin while in ear shot of everyone in the waiting room !!!

First time blood draw at Elliot labs. First paragraph is information for potential patients and last I'll do my usual pros and cons review;AS OF 07/06/2022 Doctors Park View or whatever the usual building for laboratory is under construction. There is no signage that I saw telling you where to go. 450-550 feet from old lab location is a large parking garage that's attached to a brick building. You're at the right place if the building is marked as number 4. The address for your GPS is 4 Elliot Way, but it doesn't take you exactly there. The laboratory is in suite 101 on the first floor. One of the reasons my phlebotomist was empathetic and gentle with me is because I told her, point blank, that I have anxiety with needles, am dehydrated due to a heavily caffeinated and sugary drink preference, and have had irecenf ssues with blood draws and IVs due to multiple past hospitalizations. Please advocate for yourself in order to receive the best care ❤️Cons:•The usual laboratory at Doctors View Park I believe it's called is under construction. Unless you call and get verbal instructions it's difficult to find. There are no signs telling you where to go in parking lot, unsure if there's signs on the building that's under construction.•This is probably because they're in a new suite, but if you're going for a fasting lab and need something after there's no vending machine nearby to immediately have a drink or a snack.Pros:•Answering lady for Elliot labs was very helpful in giving me verbal directions to the new lab location and advising me of what to do for my fasting lab.•The front desk lady was quick, professional, and courteous (added bonus; also very fashionable).•My phlebotomist, Carly, was also quick, thorough, professional and empathetic. She asked which arm I preferred (I didn't have a preference), checked both arms to find the best vein, put a hot pack on the potential vein and used a small needle.

I can understand not wanting a full waiting room due to covid. However it is unreasonable to have to wait in the car for over an hour just to drop off a labeled sample.

I had to drop off time sensitive test samples. The samples were already almost at the deadline. I did try to get there sooner but having a 4 year old doesn’t make things easy. They refused to take them, made me wait, the test samples ended up being past the deadline. The workers there are extremely rude. I will never go there again even if they’re open on a Sunday. If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars.

RUDE WORKERS! I walked in, didn't see a sign to take a number. The Administrator walked me out and asked me to read the sign like I was 2 year old. The Phlebotomist was far from pleasant as well. I asked if there was water, she said whatever was in the waiting area was all they had. It was empty, she later offered me some tap water. During the blood draw, I moved my arm before she started. She took my arm and moved it back and said that I should keep my arm where she put it. Again, making me feel like a scolded child.

I moved from Nashua to NH to Manchester NH recently and had to get my blood drawn for upcoming pcp exam. I decided to try a closer one and not one in Nashua. I found this place. Plenty of parking. I got there very early 8amish. Pick a number and was about to get back in the car when the woman cameout. There was one other before me. We stay 6 ft away. I sat down only wait 5 minutes and than she checked in me. She was very nice and because I have to lip-read to understand people she lower her mask 6 ft away. Didn't have to wait long another 5 min before the nurse showed up. She to lower her mask only to speak (6 ft away too) to me back on when she got up from her desk to get my arm ready. I not a fan of needles so she she did a great job. I was out of there very quick. There are hand sanitizer everywhere. Seats aren't fabric so no way you won't get infected. Everyone was 6 ft away there weren't many . Empty room most of the time. To get blood drawn do it early morning less people and quicker & easier to Fasting the night before. I recommended to definitely go here. ( Yes me wearing a mask they won't let you in)

I have a pretty extreme fear of blood draws, along with terrible veins. On average I probably get stuck about 3-4 times before a successful draw/IV insertion. Melody was my phlebotomist and she was just amazing. She took her time to find a good vein and only had to go in twice, she was very patient and reassuring with me. I highly recommend this lab for blood work, all of the staff I dealt with were professional and understanding. Thank you Melody!

The lab receptionist is rude and they don't sanitize the furniture or any other surfaces between patients. I waited more then 30 minutes just to give blood. Ridiculous!!
