I was hit in a parking lot and went through the other persons insurance. They had Easter Auto Body as one of their preferred shops and I needed to have my car looked at by them. My husband and I decided to use them after looking at some of the reviews. I will have to say I am VERY impressed with the communication as well as getting my car repaired earlier than promised. They went over and beyond to make my car look amazing. I will be using them in the future, hopefully not too too future.!! Thank you Chad Lavoie for the GREAT Experience!!

Was a returning customer cuz I had an accident years later. Walked in like last time and was told they couldn’t help me with out an appointment for an estimate which is really weird because the other times I use this company there was no appointment required. It’s pretty weird. You guys don’t want repeat business.

Workmanship was excellent. SUV was cleaned inside and out when I picked up which was a really nice touch. I received a number of text communications during the process, and realized later that I had not opened the link that told me the estimated repair went from $700 to $2400 (my portion was capped at $1K deductible). The increase was communicated to me via the text but it would have been nice to get a phone call about it...regardless, very happy with the service and results.
