I had an appointment for someone to show up today between 11am and 1pm. They no called and no showed. I called the company numerous times and no one answered their phone. Someone did call after 3pm saying they were on their way. I had to work at the 4pm. No courtesy or respect to call and indicate they were running hours late. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your day sitting around and waiting for nothing.

This company lacks integrity. They do not check their work. One of my doors was left with a 1 1/2 inch gap at the top of it, allowing cold air to come in. When I called them to correct the error, they repeatedly failed to return my calls. When we finally connected, they wanted to charge more money. Ultimately they arranged to come on one of two days but they never showed up.

The service was terrific. My garage door unexpectedly broke and after researching a bit on my own I gave Eli a call. He walked me through the issue and gave me a quote and told me how I could save a few dollars and if it would be worth it. I decided to just schedule him and get it done - that was on Sunday for a Tuesday install. Then, they had an opening and called on Monday. They could show up a day early. Even better was the tech that came out was super professional and had everything wrapped up, clean, within an hour. That’s the tension system for two garage bays. Fast, reliable, friendly. If you’re in a pinch this team is great.
