My husband was looking for Hoka sneakers 4E. There weren't any in the store but the young man working gave my husband a pair of 2E to make sure he needed the 4E. He was very nice to work with and was a great help.

Very helpful associates for the most part, although it is a little like getting one of your teenaged kids to do chores. Great selection of young men's sizes in shorts and shirts and pants and shoes. Tons of parking easy to get in and out of the store.

Have always had positive experiences at this store. The staff is kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Called and spoke to James today who was very empathetic after I had a poor experience in Salem. He went above and beyond trying to help me. Great team at this location.

Visiting family and decided to stop and check out the shoe selection. The department was well maintained and the young man in the dept, I think his name was Clinton, was amazing to deal with. He had a great amount of knowledge regarding the different shoe brands and helped me find the perfect fit. He definitely deserves a raise, because that kind of customer service is a rare trait nowadays. 10/10 will save my next shoe purchase for when I stop back in New Hampshire.

Today was a big arrends/shopping day for me, and lots of the stores I had visited around Manchester I got talked down to, or staff seemed frustrated I was there and asking questions. I don't know his name, but the guy at the shoe department with the curly hair was a breath of fresh air. Was all smiles to the customers who approached him, grabbed me multiple pairs of different shoes because they didn't have my exact size, and made sure I was aware if I needed anything he was there to help. I left feeling better than I had when I walked in, and felt I should say something. Will be recommending anyone looking for shoes to skip shoes centered stores and just come straight here.

Lydia helped me and my kids out tonight. She was a fantastic representative of your brand. She provided EXCELLENT customer service and customer experience and was very personable. While she was helping my kids out, she was actively helping out and engaging other customers. I'd recommend keeping her happy and around your store as long as you can, employees like that are hard to find these day's. Give her a raise.

i have a bad knee and me and my family got me a knee brace, i asked for it in the car and the box was completely empty. $24.99 for an empty box. i do not recommend this dicks sporting goods, go to the one in concord!

I have never been so happy leaving a retail establishment. Went in for golf balls, and without seeking him out an employee named Nick came over and helped immediately. Scanning different balls and giving me the different deals they had going on. My wonderful experience didn’t end there. For the longest time I’ve had 2 reward accounts and every time I call customer service to merge them I get the runaround. That came to an end when I met Josh at the register. Expressed my frustration and he took it upon himself to go above and beyond to help me. Josh called customer service himself and explained my frustration and merged my account in 5 minutes. Even stayed positive after a snarky comment from a coworker who was simply forced to perform his job since Josh was helping me (a loyal customer). I’m not sure if you have contests winners or raises, but both Josh and Nick are deserving of both. I would employee both these young gentlemen in a heartbeat.
