If I could give negative 100 stars, I would! I ordered from a website that apparently used DHL to deliver, not deliver, my package, which also happened to me a couple years ago with a website and them using DHL, a least I dont remember choosing them because I wouldn't have chose them, but that package I also didn't get. I was in my apartment's mail room 10 minutes later than the supposed delivery time this evening, and it wasn't there. That's twice that I've unfortunately had to deal with DHL and me not getting my packages. Also, when I try to put in the tracking number, it says it's invalid even though it's already on their app, and the "DHL Bot" also gave it to me so? I'm confused, and I'm soooo p¡$$€d!!!

Wow! Just want to say thank you for a fast delivery of my order from Hong Kong to New Hampshire. Not only it was delivered in 3 days right after the holidays, but everything was in excellent condition. I used the DHL app to track my order and it was always precise and let me know when and where my order was. Thank you!!!
