Staff is very rude. There is one girl at the front that could not provide answers, yet carried herself like she knew everything. They do not listen or hear you out and are not willing to negotiate. They do not take card, but rather exact cash. Signs say ‘cash only’ not ‘exact cash only’ but they apparently don’t carry change? They refused to take $200 cash for an $175 transaction and told me I had 5 minutes to get the cash at the gas station (5 minutes away) before they threatened to close for the day. From that point you have to schedule an appointment with after hours dispatch. Also, if you got towed, they will not let you see car unless you sign documentation first. They will damage your car upon towing, once you sign the documentation that waives any of their responsibility to repair any damage they may have caused. Good luck if your windshield gets damaged in transition. Disaster of a business and terrible customer service. Zero empathy and morals. I wish you never find yourself inside those disheveled walls. I’d give this place 0/5 stars if I could. Stay away

Predatory tow company they sent out a guy in a pickup truck to scope out the driveway where I live and then came back hours later when all the apartments were dark and towed my neighbors car and purposely left there flashing lights off and no backup beeper and then charged her $225 cash to get it back

You should be ashamed. What's parking to you and What's stand by? You don't care how long tbe vehichas been there. Someone can't even go drop the food to family and car is towed? Is that even parking? the drivers here are bunch of thieves.

Totally predatory company! They are waiting like vultures for the next prey. My tenants’ guest/ their car were towed multiple times and eventually they got tired and moved out. This company is one of the reason tenants don’t want to stay here or they are driving out tenants. Worst towing company I have dealt with!!!

Predatory towing company. Went to an event at an apartment complex where we were told to park near the club house. The property manager was notified about the event and supposedly informed the tow company. Within twenty minutes, we come out from the event to find our car missing. Had to wait in the rain for over an hour for someone to come and give us our car, because it was a Saturday. Also, they are cash only, which they didn't inform us of until we got to the towing office.

Wish I could leave a zero star review. The guy we had to deal with was rude and irritable. If for some reason I needed to use a towing company, I wouldn't use these guys. Super unprofessional, and the relationship they have with Red Oak Apartments is predatory.

Answering service was nice and polite, tow driver was rude. Just a Horrible experience when we got towed from a store parking lot without notice then had to pay $225 in cash only. Would have preferred a ticket rather than a tow. I guess the condo/apartments now own the back lot. Signs are facing the wrong way and not visible. Just an awful experience.

Towed my car from my MIL’s parking lot after we were there for only an hour!!! Spots are not marked and no visitor section. $375 later, all to tow it 8MINS down the street!!! CASH ONLY mind you! This company needs to be reported to the BBB.

Predatory towing company. No other way to look at them.
My apartment complex signed a contract with them giving them permission to tow any unregistered or illegally parked cars.
The rear registration sticker on my girlfriend's car was missing so they towed her car, not taking the time or the 5 steps to check and see that the front registration sticker was still intact. When we got there the manager threatened to charge us the price of the tow when we were asking her why we were towed in the first place. The entire time one of the drivers was chuckling at us in the lobby as we were explaining the situation to the manager. We were not allowed to even look at the vehicle before being told to sign the release form "per company policy" absolving them of any damage or wrongdoing done to the vehicle.
Absolutely despicable people working there, and shame on any apartment complex or residential community that chooses to do business with them.

*WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH* This company has a contract with the management company at my condo complex and they are THE WORST! We have parking passes that hang from the rear view mirror. They are SUPPOSED to be towing people without passes for THE BENEFIT of the people who live there (you know, like me). My pass apparently broke off BUT WAS FACE UP AND CLEARLY VISIBLE from either front window of my car, and the hook was still hanging from the mirror. THEY TOWED ME EVEN THOUGH YOU COULD SEE THE PASS INSIDE THE CAR. I took photos in their lot while picking up my car of the pass clearly visible (sending them to my landlord and the condo association) Any idiot could see I clearly had a pass and that it just broke off. But they don’t care about actually doing the job they’re hired to do (make sure people who don’t live there aren’t parked there) just make money for themselves wherever they can. Scumbags.

Purchased a great car, low miles, low price some idiot left there car on private property and it got towed. Very high quality, nice people. Not like Ron's Toy Shop Walmart prices and Macy's qualitytruly over rated.
