Paid for scripts, they sold to someone else before i could pick up. Pharmacist Nikki told me if i didn't like it to take my prescriptions elsewhere. I recommmend you take her advice. Have gotten someone else's meds in my bag before. Place is DANGEROUS and manager/pharmacist is ignorant.

Horrible experience with the pharmacist. A female with brown straight hair. I had to drive over an hour with my 3 young children to get my prescription. It wasn’t ready for fill until the next day (not their fault, but not the actual issue either), and when I said my doctor was suppose to write that it was able to be picked up today, she just said “well, nope he didn’t”. I then asked if there was a phone I could use to contact doctor office because my cell phone was dead she just said “nope, we don’t”. I proceeded to tell her I came from over an hour away, that I am pregnant and can’t be without this medication, and asked again if there was anyway they could contact the doctors office (which I think they can), again, she just said no. Thank god the front of the store allowed me to use their phone and call the doctors. I got ahold of my doctors office, went back to pharmacy, told her the doctors office would be calling, she proceeded to answer the phone, say hello once, then hang up in about 3 seconds saying that must have been them, couldn’t hear anything and left it at that. I then had to go back to the front of the store and call the doctors AGAIN. Mind you, with my 4 year old, 2 year old, and 1 year old after driving over an hour one way. Then, after all of that, says, well they just called, I can have it filled in like 20 minutes. Which is fine. But, I’m waiting for them to fill it, keep waiting and waiting….then, they don’t even tell me when it’s finished, I just kind of have to figure it out on my own and get back into line.Just over all, extremely rude and even more so less helpful. Again, I had to deal with all of this with my 3 young children, and this pharmacist didn’t life a finger to try and help or make things easier what so ever. In my experience from past interactions with pharmacies, they’ve never had an issue reaching out to a doctors office if you provide a number, and especially if they are slow, like they were at the time I was there.Just very surprised and disappointed about the absolute lack of help and how rude this pharmacist was.

Was told again that I can’t have my backpack inside of the store; even though others are allowed to have backpacks. Meanwhile; I feel like I was being racially profiled here and I know it’s because of the color of my skin was the reasoning for not letting me have my backpack inside of the store.Furthermore; I’ve had my backpack inside of the store and this store and I’ve had zero problems. It just takes one racist nut to cause problems here at this racist pharmacy

I have been in this pharmacy numerous times and everytime wish I didn't have to. The pharmacist Kevin Ferendo makes me feel so uncomfortable everytime I go in. I have seen him berate other pharmacy techs to the point where they are crying. I have seen him yell at customers and speak to people as if he thinks he is the god of cvs pharmacy. He refuses to give his name if trying to file a complaint and does not wear a name badge. I have seen him eating multiple times when working behind the counter by himself disgustingly making a mess and causing an unsanitary situation where medications are poured. I was waiting at the counter once where he was taking a personal phone call on his cell phone discussing golf plans for the weekend as I sat and waited for his help and he rolled his eyes at me as if I was interrupting him. This man needs to go!!!!

Every time I go here to gwt my prescriptions I leave feeling like I was a nuissance interupting their personal conversations. Today I can saw why rhe Manager waited on me and was so miserable no wonder the workers are. It is ok, there are plenty of other pharmacies.

One of the reasons I love CVS is the ability to transfer prescriptions from one CVS to another because I move around a lot. I came to this pharmacy and asked to transfer a prescription and she looked at me as if I had 2 heads. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t transfer prescriptions and that she can’t help me. I was confused but let it go. I then asked if they could help me find a medication I need OTC for a procedure. I stated I was having trouble finding the correct milligrams. She then goes to the pharmacist asks him if he knows where the medication is and he looks at me and said “oh they don’t make that anymore sorry.” I then said that was odd because I was given these instructions the week before and I don’t know why I would be told to get a medication that doesn’t exist. They both then proceeded to stare at me in a way that made me feel as if I was bothering them. The pharmacist then said “it’s not the standard dose anymore so you won’t find it.” He offered no additional help or solutions. I then looked up the dosage online and found it immediately. I am VERY unimpressed at this pharmacy. They were rude and unhelpful. I would STRONGLY recommend going to another pharmacy in the area and avoiding this one. Not worth it.

Made an appointment for a COVID test in the drive thru only to arrive and have a tractor trailer unloading tons of pallets in the drive thru and completely blocking it. A staff member helping unload told me it'd be at least 20 minutes until the drive thru was cleared but I knew it'd be longer with how fast they were moving. I confirmed I had an appointment and the response was basically too bad - you'll have to wait. Extremely rude and not mindful of people's time and work when they have appointments. No idea why they couldn't bring scheduled tests to cars in the parking lot if a delivery has to over lap, or don't schedule appointments if your drive thru will be blocked. Terrible customer service, and just adds to my list a reminder of why i don't normally go to this CVS. Staff is always rude and store dirty.

Poor experience today, a Monday morning where I would assume staff would be present. Arrived to inquire about the $14.99 passport photos, only to stand there for about 10 minutes without any staff member present at the front register. When he did arrive, he approached another gentleman who had purchased an alcoholic beverage and had to go to the pharmacy to buy it after he also waited due to this lack of staff present and proceeded to tell him to "Just get out!" And proceeded to loudly mutter obscenities about said customer as he was leaving. Oh and those passport photos for $14.99? They don't take them for you, they just make sure whoever took your photo "met the requirements" and they print out 2 copies for that price! I had also been looking at other items during my 10 minute wait but was so put off by this worker's demeanor that I will never step foot in this place again. I can't express my displeasure enough regarding today's experience, that's why I'm sitting in my car right now as I write this review. Go to Walgreens or somewhere else!
