My brother has his tonsils removed and had medication sent to the pharmacy for after his procedure. Two of the tree were ready the day before but the third medication he was told would be ordered and ready for pick up the next day(day of surgery) when we went to pick up the medication we were told they don’t order medication and they do not have it and basically we are s.o.l and sorry for the confusion….super rude staff and extremely unprofessional/not helpful whatsoever…luckily we were able to get it elsewhere. Do not recommend this location. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful new building, but filled with people who clearly don’t know what they are doing and just down right rude

The pharmacy manager refused to fill my prescription due to the cost and tried to say I could not afford it. This was the second time I called for them to say they wouldn't fill it after asking on the first call if I wanted it still and me saying yes. I need my medication. Scumbags!!

A good friend of mine who is in Excruciating pain just returned from your CVS store. He was asking for some help and clearly the pharmacist was not any help and quite honestly was Dismissive. My friend is way too polite . Your pharmacist team is so lucky I was not the person that was asking the questions, because as far as I’m concerned I would not have been as pleasant as my friend. Whoever is looking for some help regarding any type of medication questions etc. do yourself a favor and don’t go to the CVS pharmacy on Mammoth Road do yourself a huge favor go somewhere else.

To the pharmacist team working Thanksgiving’s day. What a horrible group of people! They couldn’t care less for the customer. I was in so much pain that I could barely walk straight. I asked for help with the name of some of medications and were could I find them. I asked them if they could check in their computer from me and if I could get them with out prescription or for them to give me the generic or commercial name. The reason to be it is because I talked to my doctor back home since I was feeling so sick that suggested me to try to get some of these medication until I get the chance to see a doctor here. The lady in charge didn’t even bother to try to help or talk to me and the tall skinny white guy told me that there was nothing that could do for me …to go to aisle 11. However, I want to clarify that not all my interaction with this team was negative. There was a guy I want to say from India that did trie to help me by asking questions, but the lady couldn’t show less interest on him or me — she looks annoyed by him. So I asked for a piece of paper and pen and I did my research on the internet. I found my answers and the correct names for my medication. I wonder if my experience would it be different if I would be white. Not only I felt ignored, but treated like a bother for the tone of the tall white employee.I did mention to them in how much pain I was, I told them I’m in so much pain I just want to cry, could you please help me? I’m 52 yrs old and I was in a lot of pain.I have been a customer from this specific store since 2011 even before this new location.

Never had a bad experience there on Mammoth Rd.They always text me before my scripts need to be refilled an contact my doctor an always let me know if they will have my script available for the day of my refill.

Sal in the pharmacy should have some human compassion when dealing with sick people trying to pick up prescriptions on more than 1 occasion he was rude to me he also told me to go in to the store and buy over counter meds I thought to myself did he really just say that when we all pay so much for health insurance why would I go pay for something that is covered by insurance I will move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of this rude employee to all of the reviews posted about rude pharmacy employee i would make a educated guess it was him

Seriously, I'd give zero stars. A pharmacy worker has the audacity to tell me, and TO MY CHILD, I should try a fidget spinner and meditation instead of the medication prescribed by my child's doctor, after I'm informed the med is out of stock. A med being out stock happens, it is fine - I will call around and figure it out. I should NOT need to defend my child's need for his medication AT the pharmacy. The pharmacy suggesting it's better for me to have him learn to deal with it is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! Obviously, this is someone that has NO idea what someone with severe symptoms, or those around them, learns to "deal with" on a daily basis, even WITH meds. Stay in your lane and keep your uneducated, irresponsible, unprofessional, inappropriate and ableist opinions to yourself next time!!!

I called the store to speak to a employee and I asked if their money services is working. Every time I call to see if it's working they say it is not. They said it Has to get fixed. Maybe you should tell the managers to reach out to whomever to resolve this issue. What are you paying them for if they can't do their jobs

Terrible customer service. I’ve gone in twice now to pick up multiple prescriptions for my daughter, never receiving all of them, when I ask where the missing ones are I simply get “we don’t have them in stock”…. That’s it… how about you find a location that does have it in stock and I’ll go pick it up there?…. and the pharmacist can’t be bothered for for consults. Do your self a favor and find any other pharmacy.

This is by far the worst CVS I've ever had to deal with. The head pharmacist Scott is a disgrace to pharmacists that are actually passionate about their job. The entire staff is extremely rude and nobody takes any additional effort in anything. Half this staff should be fired for the way they treat patients especially Angela . What a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and use the South Willow store instead. Correction on the starts, should be ZERO
