I called the store to speak to a employee and I asked if their money services is working. Every time I call to see if it's working they say it is not. They said it Has to get fixed. Maybe you should tell the managers to reach out to whomever to resolve this issue. What are you paying them for if they can't do their jobs

Worst experience ever my fiance is a travel nurse and on certain days I stop and get her some wine in the morning after working all night. I've stopped at this cvs at least 4 times with the same lady's there and they always get there book out and check my GA ID. Today I was refused because my ID did not match there book this time just the first 4 times. Then I said it's okay I understand being safe my fiance is in the car still in scrubs but she has a FL ID hopefully that's good enough then Erica the store manager was very rude in saying I'll just refuse her too. I went right next door and got everything I needed just sad to see management going down hill like this.

People in Pharmacy are great but waiting on phone 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and more songs are static which is literally painful to have to listen to. Do the math time for that many songs wait time well exceeds even 15 minutes. They keep duplicating my medication orders. No wonder they're too busy to answer. Any management there? Hello?!

I called ahead to see when my prescription would be ready because I have a sick two year old and didn't want to have to wait the normal 20 or so minutes (or longer if they were busy) while my prescription was filled. I spoke to a woman on the phone that told me they were working on it as we spoke but still told me to give them an hour before I came to pick it up. I grabbed a couple things and headed over the pharmacy register. When the tech looked up my info she had to ask what "CO" meant. Apparently its some kind of coast hold due to the price of my perscription, so it was not filled until I came in. I don't know why I was told on the phone that they were already in the process of filling it, but maybe that is just what they say to everyone, and that's why they told me it would take an hour to count out my medication? I would have appreciated being told "hey, we can't fill that until you come in" rather than being lied to so I could know what I was dealing with ahead of time.I feel like the way things were handled just sets people up to be upset, especially when I went through the trouble ahead of time of calling to ensure it was ready.

I have to tell you a story about one of your employees...William...not sure or his last name. My wife and I came into the store today around 3:30. We were looking to get our passport photos taken. We were met by William (Will) who told us that he had just clocked out, but that he would be happy to help us get our pictures taken and helped to finish the process. We were impressed by his professionalism and his willingness to help us even though he was "off-the-clock". When my wife's picture didn't meet the requirements set by the government's program on the printer, Will took his time to retake the image so that we had the proper picture for our passports. Not only did he do all of this great work for us, but, he saw that the cashier on duty was overwhelmed, so, he asked us if it was okay if he could step away to help her...AMAZING! I am not sure who Will is but, you should let him know that we think of him as someone who stands out for what customer service really means. Please do that for us. Thanks, Mike and Moe

Shout out to Cvs pharmacy for giving me a few pills of my meds to hold me over since my doctors cant do anything right! Completely saved me!
