Closed before 11:25 on Wednesday, December 27th. Wasn't aware of new hours. This place is my go-to when I'm on the west side. Got there to find store already buttoned-down tight. No signs of life. Feeling kinda let down. Also, I couldn't see any hours displayed to double check.I really love this place so I'm still posting 4-star rating. First time disappointment. I forgive.

TMC Convenience is by far the best little neighborhood shop around! They've got pretty much anything you could ever find yourself needing on the fly... stellar beer offerings, great candy and snacks, delicious baked goods, quick hot lunch items, homemade local crafts and goods, etc...AND, as if that weren't enough of a reason to spend your money there, the owner/staff not only provide exceptional customer service but are also genuinely decent humans who support the well-being of the Rimmon Heights neighborhood and everyone who lives here!

I literally bought a twelve pack of Bud Light that normally cost &10.99 everywhere else and when I went to look at my bank statement they charged me $16.03. This place is Ridiculous and I will never buy a thing from this place ever again! They didn’t even tell me how much and told me to just insert my card!

Honestly I like the place and the people that work there but my issue is the overpriced items. I bought something that would normally cost $7 at any other store and they charged $14. I’m honestly not going to visit often due to this.

Was a regular customer. Then I walked in one day and was accused of stealing and they demanded $6 for lottery tickets that they said I took the last time I was in! In front of other customers also! I had been in a few days before and bought lottery tickets. They were training a new person and I was buying several tickets so of course there was a problem! But this is my usual order so I know what I'm supposed to be getting and how much it costs. So when they handed me the tickets and told me a price almost DOUBLE what it was supposed to be I corrected them and told them what the price was supposed to be. They rerung it and AGAIN gave me the wrong price and I again told them what it was supposed to be, this time also going through the tickets and handing back the tickets I hadn't ordered and telling them which tickets they didn't give me. This time they got it right and I paid and left. The next time I went in I was yelled at and accused of stealing $6 worth of tickets and was demanded the money of! I will never go there again! Some of the worst customer service I have ever received!!!

This store is my favorite convenience store in the city. It reminds me so much of the locally owned stores from when I was growing up. They have awesome prices, great hours, and I am a huge fan of every employee that I’ve met there. Well done!!!! ??
