Amazing gym to drop-in at. I have had the opportunity to visit a few times the past couple years and am always impressed with the community they have built. Samy and Katelyn are always super welcoming and attentive. Awesome gym!

I have been a member here since 2008. The coaching is both excellent and supportive, and my fellow crossfitters make working out a pleasure, as they encourage and motivate each other to succeed. This is a testament to Samy and the rest of coaches who have created such a wonderful atmosphere.

Dropped in for a class while in town and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Nice facilities too. I’ll definitely be back!
