“I like this store. Clothes are inexpensive but you get what you pay for sometimes with quality. I find it to be hit or miss with stuff I like but usually find something good”
“I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!”

“My family and I were just browsing in the store at the mall of NH in Manchester # 746. An associate named Abby Rabe approached us asking if we needed any help. Professionally answered all our questions. At the check out She really went out of her way to make our shopping experience pleasant. Helped us download the AE app explained the benefits of using the app. Thanked us for stopping by. Originally we were not thinking to buy anything but her help got us to buy a lot more than we originally planned. We will shop that store first before we go to any other store.Thank you Abby. “Helpful and friendly staff.Update: call ahead for confirmation of store hours. For example, I went in to pick up an order on 9/11/21. I arrived at 11:20 the posted store hours are 11:00-7:00. The store was closed and no signage advertising closed for [memorial]. This was also something that happened in December 2020 during the holiday season. In December I had to decline my overseas order and return it.”
“I use to shop at this store when I was a teenager and I kinda still do till this very day. I like the clothes they have here but some clothes are expensive sometimes they do have sales on their clothes . But anyways they have the left side is for men or boys and the right side of this store is for girls or woman. The staff here are nice and friendly people. The floors are clean and yes they do have dressing or fitting rooms here as well. This place is inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall.”
“My son and I stopped in to take a quick look as they would be closing in about 10 minutes. This was on Sunday 9/22/24. I asked what time they were closing and expressed that we wouldn't stay long. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, helped us with what we were looking for, explained all of the sales and even at the register found the best way to go about using the different sale options. The employee helping us was exceptionally friendly and helpful, right down to finding our loyalty program in the system and getting us the best deal. We had a horrible experience at PacSun and wish we had skipped them and went straight to Zumiez. We will definitely spend our money there in the future. They were an example of what customer service should be. It was a great experience and a teaching moment to point out the differences in the two stores to my son and why it's important to support the stores with great customer service and a friendly environment. Thank you, job well done!”
