Great,other than having to drive back two days in a row to seal the deal. Would definitely come back again. Everything went smooth after we got things figured out. Needed extra paperwork we didn’t have with us. Great trade in deal and we bought a car we had shipped.

Great deal on new vehicle (knock on wood)
However:
Carmax forgot or neglected to include the Title.... a mess to resolve.
Carmax removed my trade in plates.....but my license plate EZ-pass was not returned. $20.00 odd dollars to replace....

Car took a whole extra week to be delivered in expected time frame. Also, had no communication as to what the delay was then they finally tell me after days of asking. They tell me what the issue was and tell me it’ll be ready the next day then three days go by still no car I have to once again call them to find out the issue. I spent 700$ to have this car delivered in the expected time frame. I ordered it August 21 didn’t receive car until September 14. The expected time frame was August 29 to September 5. I’ve used car max before and had no issues this time they dropped the ball.

Great service. Went to Carmax for peace of mind, buying a used car. Time will tell if anything comes up with the car, but based on others reviews, the warranty is great in case anything breaks.
Purchased a vehicle from this location and noticed an issue with the car after I picked it up. Returned the next day and was able to discuss the problem with a technician who was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Car was back within a few days.
Ivan, Wolfgang, and Lexx were all excellent and I would recommend this location.

Mostly knowledgeable staff helped get us into the car we needed. Open concept of the sales area made it loud which was difficult during the times it was busy. Overall very positive experience.

The Carmax process allowed me to try 2 different cars before settling on a third one that best met my needs. All the Manchester staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was also helpful to look at online reviews for make/model histories.
