I stopped in to stock up on some cigarettes while in NH. The cashier accidentally scanned an extra pack & I didn't notice until I looked at the receipt days later. after a facebook message, the owner went out of their way to review the video & refunded me the pack + a little extra. Stand up guy & service. I hope to do business with them again!

Unbelievably high prices. $3.50 for a 2 L bottles soda nearly 4 dollars for half a gallon of milk. They probably get a lot of users who has EBT cards and they’re making a killing off of overcharging with high priced items. I was paying cash, and I walked out

No, Baileys donuts aren't "supposed to be" refrigerated and served hard as cement. I do NOT appreciate being hassled for a refund. I tried to resolve this amicably but you insisted on standing by your cement like, refrigerated donuts. Well, I tried! I'm never coming back and I'm also sharing my experience with EVERY social channel group in Manchester.

Usually I will have a great time coming to the store, seeing as they have a huge variety of items and it's within two blocks of my house. Today when I was purchasing milk I realized that their milk jugs were 3 days from expiring, and their cartons were a day away and starting to swell, so I figured I would bring it to the cashier's attention so that they could order more. As I was cashing out, I said "Hey, I just want to let you know your milk is a few days from expiring, y'all might wanna look into getting more."The cashier behind the counter got real nasty with me telling me that "It's not her job, that her boss *the owner* checks it every day" I tried to calm the situation, but she wouldn't stop going off on me about how "I'm not going to do anything, it's getting checked. I don't care" When all I had requested is that she pass it along.I wasn't asking for a discount, and it's no skin off my back, but Teeth (the cashier) needs to learn some customer service skills. Completely unprofessional. I will now be utilizing the Bunny's on Webster Street.

They should require masks like most all food and retail stores do!!!!! I asked the worker-who had no mask-and he said he did not know why they did not require it! Continuing this policy will effect your business as my family and all the people I know who take this responsibility seriously will no longer shop there! Those who do continue to go there are not the best clientele if they take that risk!
