The employees helped us locate something we couldn't find since the store got rearranged.. very polite and the collection of bags in this store is more than perfect. So many choices and all are amazing!

It has so many types of fandom items, ranging from snacks, hoodies, ramen bowl sets and more. This place is absolutely amazing and has different things like, Anime, Disney, cartoons, famous shows, famous movies etc.! I absolutely adored this place and 100% recommend going here! <3

One of my favorite stores! Great products & pleasant staff!! Anytime I'm in the store I'm probably there for at least an hour browsing!! The displays they make are really beautiful too!

My father was subjected to racial comments by a group of workers within the store who continually mocked his accent in front of my sister and him. I wish they’d at least show enough decency to do it after he’s left the store. It has a good selection of merch for things otherwise.

Great experience today in the Boxlunch Store at Mall of NH (Manchester). Great service, especially by our cashier Madilyn. Great selection and pricing too, and a creative Mystery Bag thing that I haven’t seen In any other Boxlunch locations, they should definitely expand that!
