My complaint is with their tire service. Had a flat repaired and they refused to re install on my tire. They had 1/2 before closing, a tire dept that refused to re install poor customer service.

Terrible place to work and terrible place to shop now. They run their store on a skeleton crew so you don't get your breaks. In the 2 years I worked here there was 4 different managers, the 4th being the worst as he would come in late because he's hungover or his nose won't stop bleeding because of his drugs.

This place is super racist and profile customers who are back and Hispanics. Dylam is an employee who does the check out receipts and he has SPECIFICALLY targeted customers who are of POC and NOT people who are white. This complaint is on video and brought to management last summer. I filed a formal complaint and spoke to some one on the phone who assured me it would be handled especially since I had footage. I told Dylan to his face what he was doing was wrong when I saw this happening. The manager assured me I wasn't being watched or profiled even through at self checkout the lights BLINK for anyone POC for a check on items ALL the time but not the white people. It's crazy. Anyways NO one contacted me or the GM like I was told on the emails and it was near impossible to file a complaint bc I responded and they said I didn't and my complaint was closed. A few weeks ago to my surprise Dylan was still there at the door. He stopped me and questioned my Cart and told me I was missing something and implied I was stealing. I had not and an employee rang me up. He is a POS employee with an unprofessional attitude that needs to be TERMINATED at how he spoke to me and accused me. Guess what. I was shopping for FULL scholarship athlete players bc I am the mom of a D1 athlete players and getting their snacks for their dorm. I was on my way to drop off items and here I am again profiled by Dylan...accused of stealing and not handling it properly by saying...oh sorry miss looks like an item hadn't been scanned in...let's go back and take care of this. NOPE. The employees there are rude and not helpful when u ask a damn thing. I made a scene I was so mad and the manager came over and told me he was " special needs and had issues" like what? Accusing me of being a theif and not handling it properly is insane. Maybe he shouldn't be doing the door and just so funny again he didn't check any white people but he checked me.... hmmmmm. The manager comped me the item for my troubles and said they would talk to him. I canceled my membership and out 50 and then reinstated it to come back since it's closer to my house Tha Costco and this is the shit employee and manager I had to deal with. POC beware at self check out...walking in the store and being watched by employees and racial profiling at checkout and God forbid and EMPLOYEE.. .and EMPLOYEE make a mistake ringing you in you get called a their and a shoplifter and treated like garbage by them. ESPECIALLY DYLAN who need to go. Oh ya and once and eldery employee at self checkout counted my cart and items rang in and NO ONE ELSE... Get bent... I'm only going in there if imperative and may cancel again. I will record again and take this further if no action is taken with corporate again somehow. Some way- or social media and post. Not a good look and also shop there for a big D1 school athletes.

Absolutely the worst save yourself the headache go somewhere else for tires. They are cheap but this is the worst tire shop in New England can’t even own up on there mistakes

Worst delivery time frame on tires. Dont go there if you need tire on time. They have delivery time at least 2 week no matter what you ordered.

I wish i will give 0 star this location. They dont have appointment early for tire installation. Comes always 10-15 days which is so funny. Staff has so much attitude problem. Esp the guy . If you want good service and quick service i dont recommend anyone going here and waist 2week just to get appointments and install tire .

I had a great experience getting two new tires installed here! Sunny went above and beyond to explain everything to me, and answers any questions I had. They definitely prioritize customer service, and customer safety. I’ll be back for any future tire needs, and will recommend it highly to others. Thanks, BJs tire center!

I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Sonny at the tire shop. My front driver side tire got totally wasted on my drive up to NH, I called an hour before closing and she was AMAZING. I had a new tire changed within an hour and was back on the road to my family event.

Our experience at this location starts with trying to get into the parking lot. This should be easy, but it's definitely not. The traffic from the gas station area blocks the inflow of cars. Ok, so BJ's cannot stop bad drivers from blocking the flow. BUT, they could have designed this better. It's a cluster f*! Once we get into the lot we park we think, "Great we're here!" Now we notice the camper vans and run down RVs in the back of the lot. There are homeless looking people milling about the campers. Ok, cool, there is a homeless park in the back of the parking lot. So, we lock up the car and head towards the store. On the way in we notice the abundance of trash that has accumulated in the parking lot. Then we are stopped by a pan handler asking for money. We managed to get by this obstacle and get into the store. By the time we get into the store we are just thankful that we got in unscathed. We went to go and get a cart. "Oh my, there are no carts." I ask the lady checking receipts if there are any carts up front. She tells me that there are no carts and I should go get a cart from outside if I want one. Mind you, there are two people standing at the front "checking receipts". No one is exiting the store. Maybe this employee should go and get carts?? Or maybe she should call the manager to get some people to bring in carts? When we get out of the store, we notice that the majority of the carts have been packed up in one of the cart returns. It looks like they've put them away for the day. So, that's why they are running out of carts. They want closing to go faster, so their picking up early at the cost of customer service. I got home and wrote the company. They said that they'd escalate it and a manager would call. I waited for days for a call. No one called. This is not a company that cares about the customer. I've paid money to shop at this store. I must be stupid. This place is nothing like the other warehouse stores. I've been a member of Costco, Sams, and BJ's. They must not pay well or treat their employees well. They are the rudest people! The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty. The parking lot is dirty and filled with vagrants. I really hope that someday we get a Costco up here.

I loved the fact that there was a sanitizing station as you walked into the club. I found everything I was looking for and they were not out of any supplies. Great visit today.
