We are very pleased and confident in the care our dog Brady receives at Best Friends Animal Hospital… not only are the doctors knowledgeable, they are caring and they take the time to answer your questions….the vet techs and front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful…we want the best care for our furkids and Best Friends Animal Hospital is top notch!

The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The assistant who came in first was amazing. She was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Steve was excellent. He took the time to really explain everything and address my concerns. It was my first time here, and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.

Highly recommend !! The second we got in there both My cat and daughter were upset. They gave my daughter a sticker page and they were great with Loki. Answered all my questions and gave me estimates for the next appt with add on options if I wanted. They even let me borrow a blanket to put over his crate as he was a bit scared and told me it would help and to just bring it back the next visit. They are great there !!!

Dr Kristi was so kind and thorough in her exam, her instructions and patience. All concerns were addressed and I left feeling that we (kitty and me) were cared for and cared about.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Best Friends for the past 7 years. They have truly been a dream team for our girls Ruby & Sapphire. They are always extremely responsive to all our issues, listen to our concerns, and explain everything thoroughly. Special shoutout to Dr. Holli and Dr. Stephen, who have been absolutely amazing for us! I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

The staff at Best Friends are outstanding. They are so compassionate and you can tell they care about every animal and family they come in contact with. We transferred from a vet where we had a horrible experience, and I’m so glad we switched to Best Friends. You and your pet feel like you’re more than just a number here. Thank you so much to all of the staff for the kindness you have shown our family. We will be recommending Best Friends to all of our friends and family.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff at Best Friends. They try their best to keep my cats calm and comfortable while there. They even have blankets scented with calming agents that help ease anxiety. Everyone handles my pets gently. I believe the whole staff to be highly competent and compassionate.

Patient, kind and compassionate with our spicy kitty. Took there time and clearly understood how to deal with a cat. Office is also extremely clean and staff is lovely Highly recommend.

The best friends team saved my boys life and I could not be more grateful. They went WAY above and beyond and put me in a room where I could stay with him while he got the care he needed for multiple days. Not only did everyone keep checking on my boy, but they even checked on me. They are the best people and care so deeply for their patients. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for saving him ❤️

My little Jack Russell was cared for by Best Friends and always was taken care of well. They listened to our concerns and took appropriate action with his general care, elevated liver enzymes and gastrointestinal issues. I would recommend Best Friends as a great place to go for all veterinary needs.

We have a lovely Aussie who is also a bit challenging. Dr. Kristi always attentively addresses worries, takes prompt action, recognizes my dog upon arrival, and has a remarkable ability to calm him down, especially considering his anxious behavior. I appreciate the convenience of settling my dog in the room as soon as he arrives, sparing my dog from potential anxiety triggers in the lobby area alongside other pets.
