Bellmans offers the best mix of professional and personable service. Milana was an incredible employee to work with. I felt that she was giving me the best quality that I could trust. She was always there to keep us informed with every update and always made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. She also made sure we had a lot of fun while doing it! Do to an ill-timed tragedy, my wedding set turned into a reminder of the wrong thing and we decided to totally redesign and change using my current stones. Sarah and the team at Bellman’s helped me design a unique vintage feel ring that is absolutely beautiful and totally different - exactly what we were looking for. I even had funds in the budget to add a new center stone! Very happy with the final results.

Had the greatest experience at bellman’s from beginning to end! Alex and Milana were very easy to work with, they made it such a fun and custom experience. I went to three other jewelers before this one, and knew I was in the right place to find my forever ring when I came here. They were patient in showing me all my options and listened to what I was looking for. Not to mention, the pricing is very fair. I’m incredibly obsessed with my ring, and always recommend bellman's to friends.

Amber was AMAZING to work with! Had a couple of appointments to design the ring with my partner, and then for me to pick the diamond & finalize the ring. Amber was always available & quick to respond to texts from me with questions. Within a few months we had created the PERFECT unique engagement ring for us for HALF the price of the big name jeweler we originally had a meeting with. If you are in the area or even somewhat nearby, look NOWHERE else!

I wish I could give more stars! While the affordability and freedom to customize are huge selling points, the biggest perk of shopping here is the service. The staff do not make commission off of their sales so they will not try to convince you to buy something you don't need. Compared to big name brands, Bellman's saved me literally thousands of dollars. And if you have the option, work with Milana. She is incredibly kind and thorough, she made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy to understand.

Update:I just needed to write another review because I have bought more estate jewelry pieces from them since writing my first review and they seriously are the most beautiful quality! I get so many compliments! It’s truly one of a kind pieces for the best price! I am so happy with all of my purchases and will truly treasure them!To Bellmans Buying Group:I never imagined I would end up finding my new jeweler for life through Tik Tok. The quality and prices of their items are unmatched!! I have made a few purchases already and they are absolutely beautiful! I receive so many compliments on my jewelry from them. The customer service is 10/10 Micaylah and Ethan are truly professionals and very patient. You can tell they genuinely care about making their customers happy with their purchases. They also respond very quickly and consistently helping you out with any questions you have before making your purchase since I bought my jewelry online. I seriously will not go anywhere else, I love how in Justin’s videos he explains in depth each item and what you are buying. He is extremely knowledgeable on each item he sells. The best part I have learned from being a customer with them online, is the best surprise is when I receive my jewelry and it’s way more beautiful in person! You don’t ever have to feel doubtful purchasing jewelry online through them, you will never be disappointed!!

I just went into to Sell some old jewelry and watches and was met by Mikayla and Annie as soon as I walked in. They greeted me with a kind smile and where very helpful during the entire process. We stumbled across Bellman’s Jewelers custom experience. I reached out and they quickly responded by setting up an appointment over the phone. Milana was very professional and listened to what I was looking for. We communicated through texts and she is very patient and helpful. She never pushed her own opinion, but still gave helpful input so I knew she understood what I was looking for. It’s a process that goes at your pace. If your fiance changes her mind, or needs to sleep on it, no worries. If you’ve been on a cruise, or all inclusive resort, you understand the service, patience, and attention that comes with it. That’s the experience I received customizing my fiancé’s ring. I highly recommend having your ring customized with Bellman’s and ask for Milana, she made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

TLDR: The whole process was seamless and easy.I love my engagement ring, which we got from another jeweler, but it is VERY odd shaped. I knew I was going to need a custom band.I found Alex on tik tok and I loved his videos and his products and that he worked with lab created diamonds. I knew I wanted to work with him.I reached out and asked him to design my band. I sent him pictures and specs of my engagement ring, and he replied with a virtual model that I loved!He sent a mold first to make sure that everything fit together properly, and then they got to work on the ring itself.Everything was fast and easy, and Alex was great about responding.I would recommend them to anyone.

I was comparing Bellmans to Jared jewlers since I had a friend at Jared's and Bellmans blew them out of the water. The customer service from Amber L. at Bellmans was the best customer service I have ever received. She took her time to educate me on the different diamonds and option to help me make the decision when i was finally ready. Highly recommend Belmans to anyone shopping for a ring.
