After reading many great reviews I decided to have my taxes prepared at Baroody and Greenwood and man was I not disappointed. Ed was incredibly easy to work with and when I say he saved my life this tax season I mean it. Covid forced me to close my business and I was expecting to pay quite a bit but Ed worked his magic and for the first time in 6 years I’m getting a refund. I will never take my business elsewhere. Highly recommend!

I entered a contract with Ed Baroody for the purchase of my business. He was getting a great deal on an excellent business. Not only were the first 3 payments late, I am forced to take him to court for the last payment. He is an untrustworthy businessman.

My company became embroiled in a lengthy and very costly problem with the IRS as a result of an accountant who many years earlier made some bad decisions. We had tried to resolve the issue with three other accounting firms at various stages, all of which were thoroughly ineffective. So the fees penalties continued to roll up and the IRS was becoming increasingly impatient to reach what would have been a very expensive resolution. And then we found Baroody & Greenwood. In literally just over a week, Ed and Bob reworked many years of past returns to the satisfaction of the IRS agent and then successfully worked to reduce the total amount my company owed. The bottom line is that Baroody & Greenwood brought the years-long, highly stressful affair to as good a conclusion as we could have hoped for. They are not inexpensive, buy considering how much we spent at other firms for absolutely no results as well as the peace of mind that we now have a firm that truly represents us, it was worth every penny, and we continue to use them. I highly recommend Baroody & Greenwood.
