My employer has a business account with them. My employer paid me out of that account. So when i go into the bank to cash my check im told that they can not cash my check. I asked why, and i was told its to high. The check was issued from Bank of America. I really feel like i was the wrong color cashing the wrong amount. BEWARE. Need attorney advice

Extremely slow service at the counter. Usually only one teller working but there seem to be others that will only help out with non-English speaking customers as needed, otherwise they stand by idly.

I went in to make a cash deposit. While I was filling out the deposit slip one of the guys working there refused to let me go up to the counter to get my money counted and said I could only use the ATM. I told him I had a pretty large sum of money to deposit and he still insisted I use the ATM. It took me at least 30 minutes to deposit all the money I had because the machine kept spitting out my bills if they had the tiniest fold. While I was standing there doing this there were other people going up to the counter and getting their money counted and deposited no problem. So why couldn’t I? Anyways lesson learned and the guy who refused me clearly just didn’t wanna do his job. Thanks a bunch for nothing.

Do not bring your business to this branch/bank. The associates that work here are racist and rude to their customers. Jomary and Nate are racist and absolutely should not be dealing with customers with their little knowledge on how things work within their own place of employment. These two racially profiled a man of color in the branch, went back-and-forth inconsistently on how their policy works and created an embarrassing and highly inconvenient scene for a man just trying to cash his hard earned paycheck based entirely on their unprofessionalism, racism and confusion on how their own policy works. Jomary doesn't know her own policies, is rude to her customers and should not be in a position of customer service.

I have had no success setting up my on line banking. After calling Bank Of America and talking to four people on line, I went to the center on South Willow to speak to a Real person. The gentleman talked me through everything and, I thought, I would be able to finally do my on line banking. When I got home it wouldn’t let me in. I called in and spoke to a lady in TX. She said she wasn’t sure how to do it as it wasn’t her area of expertise but she would try. After ten excruciating minutes of questions, she got me to the site and I hung up. The actual site only gave me five items that I had for purchases but the total was in the hundreds! I have on line banking with another bank in Manchester and will be closing my Visa with Bank of America to go with them. My three star rating is for the gentleman in the actual center but ,for the system, you don’t have a low enough rating.
