I chose this place to repair my vehicle as I was unaware that Auto City had sold to them. While the work was completed satisfactory, there was zero communication unless I reached out, contrary to what I was told. My claim from a fender bender was 4k, fairly minimal by today’s standards. The repair took 2 1/2 weeks to complete.
Even though I’ve been going to auto city for over 30 years, I will never use crash champions again and I recommend you don’t as well.
I reached out as you had requested as a reply to my review in which you stated "your satisfaction is important to us, please contact us." It's been 15 days since I sent you an email, still no reply. For those of you reading this review, take note. Zero communication nor commitment to customer satisfaction.

They did a great job fixing my dented door and dealing with the insurance company. At one point they scared me by saying that I may owe more than five hundred but I continued to tell the woman my deductible was five hundred. I knew that they could not change my deductible, so I was prepared. Overall the service was good, and I was notified of all the things that were done.

I totally recommend this repair center, the assistance was great the whole team was very gentle, I received updates every week which is great because you don't need to be calling to know how is everything going, they do it for you and answer all your questions. 100/100 ?

Had some front end work done and I am happy with the results. They were able to schedule us sooner than other shops, actually finishing the work a day early. Popped in for a seatbelt light that wouldn't shut off and they corrected it very quickly. They worked directly with my insurance, making my life easier. Will use them again.

I am extremely picky about my vehicles. I had a branch fall on my car and it destroyed my hood. I brought it to Auto City. Karen had my quote done with in a few hours, she sent it to my insurance and took care of all my concerns. Carol called me and kept me updated on all the progress and issues. David completed the paint job. The paint is very difficult to match and the results of the repair, paint job, and blend came out amazing. I am extremely pleased with Auto City and refer them to anyone who needs their services.

OMG ? I’M STOKED TO HAVE MY CAR ? BACK! THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! Had a hit & run ?♂️ last year. Took my car ? with me out of state as I travel for work. Thought ? I would have it fixed while in another state at a Ford Dealership. That was a disaster. Glad ? to be back and have things done ✅ right on my Audi. These guys and lady are certified professional’s. I could not be happier with Auto City. My car not only looked brand new, to me, it is a 2011 Ford; they are very professional and friendly. My car was hit and Auto City worked well with my insurance company, gave me an estimate of cost and time involved and they not only met their quotes but actually finished early! I would highly recommend them to any one in the Manchester and surrounding areas for collision repairs. thank you to all the employees @ Auto City!
