Melissa and Tom helped me get the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. We were in the store when it first opened for the day and no inventory. Returned an hour later and my phone came in. They helped me with a trade-in and also a gift card for my iPad. great team! 👊🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼

I booked an appointment to repair my phone. Trevor was the employee helping me he was so nice and helpful! I was getting discouraged about my phone getting fixed and he was able to see I had a limited warranty after some difficulties and got me a new phone! All the employees were very nice!
