I had a wonderful experience having my ring resized here. The job was done in about an hour and staff took the time to talk with me about the piece and make sure the size was just right. I'm appreciative and I'll be back!

Small shop, interesting estate vintage pieces, David Conway assisted me with a watch band issue and buckle. Excellent customer service provided. I would recommend Larry’s place in lovely Manchester, NH.

I will start out by saying, we have used this business a few times to install a watch battery and to replace a stone in a ring with no problems. Recently we took my husband’s wedding ring in to fix a split in the band. After a week they called saying they didn’t fix the band and 3 diamonds fell out in their cleaning process and it would be $50 to put the diamonds back in place which they caused to fall out. We went to pick the ring up and they handed it back to us in a bag with the 3 diamonds and the band still crackedThe women jeweler very rudely made excuses , threw the F-bomb out at us just for asking her how these diamonds fell out in her care and why we should pay $50 for her to put them back in when she caused them to fall out. We took the ring with the broken band and the 3 diamonds to another well known jeweler in town and they repaired the band and put the diamonds back in place for $25Never will we go back here. If I could give negative star I would Don’t know who this woman they have working there now is but I would NOT let her touch another piece. She is disrespectful, rude, & uncaring

Very rude experience. I went in to learn about some engagement ring possibilities. Never been made to feel so stupid in my life from a business. Don’t even ask about lab grown diamonds or you will be lectured. The older man was nice, it’s the sad woman who prevents me from ever even considering them again. Lots of nice jewelry options in concord with MUCH friendlier and more respectful staff.

Nice friendly staff. I went there to get my daughters glasses fixed. Based on how it was broken it had to be glued on. The person at store told me exactly what to do and how to do it to get the glasses fixed myself. Based on how it broken, he advised it would be a waste of monies to have him fix it when I could fix it at home. The service provided, gave me confidence in doing any future business at this store.
