I went with my mom on July 8 to get our nails done Mine was done by Taylor almond long 1 color really thin was $75 on July 13 they start to brake (only 5 days later). My mom set was done by Tvan, short almond ombre $85 everything was perfect with her nails until we made a fill in appt July 23, on their website says Fill in was $55+ they charge $75 no cut down, reshape or repair (super overpriced). Today July 26 her fingers start swallowing, they cut the cuticles with no sterilize implements and used files and buffer. Very disappointing for the price you expect quality not an infection.

This place is great! They do an amazing job on your nails and always let you know the price and how long it will take prior to having them done. I drive an hour to have my nails done here because they do such a good job for a very reasonable price. The place is very clean and everyone is so nice! It’s always a fun time getting my nails done here!
Cleanliness: Very clean

Went in for an acrylic fill and had an appointment with a specific person. They had 3 separate people doing my nails and not communicating or listening to what I wanted. The gentleman who started them was brand new and burned me to the point where I bled on 6 of my fingers. This place was chaotic. Sad because I used to love this location it has gone down hill. Paid 95$ before tip for a basic fill.

I recently visited Boujee Nails and Spa for a simple dip with extensions, expecting to pay the advertised price of $60 according to their website. However, I was unpleasantly surprised when I was charged $75 instead. The staff did not provide a clear explanation for this additional charge, especially since I opted for short almond yellow nails without any designs or extra features, aside from the extension tips.
Moreover, my experience was made even more uncomfortable when the staff asked me out loud, in front of everyone in the salon, how much I wanted to tip. This put me in an awkward position and did not give me the option to discreetly choose my tip amount.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at Boujee Nails and Spa due to the unexpected charges and lack of transparency. I hope they can improve their pricing clarity and customer service to prevent such issues in the future

Boujee Nails is my go-to place! Mia is so talented and sweet. I won't go anywhere else. The owner Tvan also is a master of nails. He is in demand and has a solid salon. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a clean and friendly place to get a pedicure and nails done.

I absolutely LOVE this salon, hands down BEST SALON in Manchester.
Mia is my nail tech, she does it with love, you can tell she loves her job! She’s definitely blessed with her abilities. As the other nail techs as well. I seen their artwork too, and it’s beautiful, they are all truly amazing and beautiful young ladies! Much love and respect ✊?

I went here today and was really turned off by my experience. The gentleman who greeted me was super nice and didn't turn me away for being a walk-in on a Saturday. He invited me to help myself to a drink on the cooler and told me it would be about a 20 minute wait. I waited an hour and was perfectly fine with that because I didn't have any big plans. Long story short, the lady who did my nails was unpleasant, made comments about the nails I had done at another place, told me I need to make an appointment next time because walk-ins on the weekend "aren't really for the weekends." You could just tell she was annoyed the whole time and even though the nails came out decent, the customer service isn't worth the time or money. They could have easily told me they were booked out and I would have been happy to return another day, but $80 for a fill and a white painted line on my nails with the attitude just isn't worth it. I've always wanted to try this place because I drive by it daily, but it is too boujee for me.
Edit: I had to edit my review as the response from the owner was incorrect. Price was never discussed prior to the service, which was not something I asked for so I was not complaining about that. The only time "online" was mentioned was not for booking, but when I was paying and asked why it was so much. I was told the prices were online. I believe they may have snuck in gel or some fancy polish, which I didn't ask for. The tech didn't ask me if I'd I liked the size of the white line or talk to me at all except to ridicule the other nail salon I went to. It was VERY clear she was inconvenienced to do my nails. Like i said, i would have been more than happy to be turned away to return another day. I literally asked for a fill and a French manicure. I think the owner is confused as to my complaint. Waiting was not an issue at all. I was prepared to wait for as long as necessary and if it was too long, I would have politely thanked them for be willing to take me but I'll return at a more convenient time. Im a walk-in client, I'm used to gracefully accepting no and moving on with my day. Im saying your staff was rude. Don't take walk-ins if you don't want to honor the service. You can't stand behind that price with customer service like that.

I have gone to many salons through New Hampshire and I can confidently say that Boujee nails is the BEST. I always leave my appointments happy and with beautiful nails. The staff is extremely friendly and the salon is clean. They are precise and meticulous in their work and I would highly recommend them!

This was my first time and I really wanted to love it. But I got a pedicure and I have the absolute worst in grown toe nail of my life now, like I can barely walk. It was done by the owners mother.
I also got a dip manicure and my nails were chipping and coming off within a day.

Honestly the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. They left me with chipped GEL polish and didn't even give me the design I originally wanted. Then when I went back to fix it they basically said it was my fault and I would have to pay for them to fix it. The owner didn't even listen to a word I had to say when I was explaining what happened because he just kept talking over me from the beginning. I paid $113 for BS I would never go there again And on top of that they cut almost ALL of my fingers and they STING when I wash my hands or use sanitizer. They tried telling me this was because of hang nails but IVE NEVER been cut so badly at a nail salon in my life. If you go here, make sure you know the person whose doing your nails know what they are doing. The person I had was not it.

Nail tech cut my finger, and didn't even say any word to me.
I got my nail done on Feb.12th from Mia for the first time in this nail salon.
I did Acrylic fill.
While she was trimming my old acrylic nail with nail drill, I suddenly felt sharp burning pain on my Lt 4th finger.
I have high pain tolerance but it was so burning that I screamed. I checked my finger, and there was no cut or bleeding but still, It was so burning for few seconds.
I guess my old acrylic nail got so thin that it gave me a burning pain.
This nail tech, was just staring at my finger, didn't say any words. She didn't even say " Are you okay? " just stared at my finger.
And then she suddenly aggressively opened her drawer and looked for something saying that "This needs to be take off, if not, it is going to make a mold between the nail."
She tried to take off my old acrylic nail, but eventually she just left it there not taking off.
Everybody can make mistake and I understand that, but the way how she responded after it happened, was so unprofessional. She should have at least said "are you okay?"
Her attitude made me feel like I'm the one who is being dramatic. And I felt like she really doesn't know that this is something that she should care.
She kept trimming my nail, and now she actually cut my right 4th finger with drill. And it was bleeding. I was twitching for pain but she didn't even say any word this time again.
Based on her response earlier, I really didn't want to talk to her or argue with her. I wanted to just step out, but I didn't want to ruin my entire mood, so I just let her do my nail.
She kept talking with other coworkers, facing them while she was actually using electric drill on my hands.
Her desks and all the tools were covered with dust and all the nail particles, I don't even know if she properly clean her tools, and I got a cut from that drill.
I don't even care about pain but, what I worry is an infection and also, what if I get blood transmitted disease?
After my nail done, she asked her coworker about the price of my procedure. Coworker whispered to her 85 dollars.
On the website, It says acrylic fill starts from 45 dollars. and can go up depending on what I get. she did trimmed my nail, filled in with acrylic nail (I didn't do full set, I used my whole entire 10 old acrylic nail) , and then I chose "cat eye" gel. I didn't do any design. she said the price is "85 dollars"
She didn't even tell me how much it's going to cost before the procedure(Website said that the tech will tell you how much it is going to cost before procedure"
If it goes up like that much, I think she should have let me know before the procedure.
At this moment, I was so fed up with this place, I just wanted to get out of here and her unprofessional attitude, I just payed and left.
Per the owner, “ charger is fills with gel color and shape will be 55$ the fix of your nails and the lifting be 10$ and cat eyes is 20$ extra”
I came home and found another deep cut on my 5th finger on my Lt hands.
So I ended up getting 2 cuts and payed 85 dollars for simple acrylic fill in. and I didn't even hear any words from the person who did my nail.
I wanted to talk to the owner about this, so I left a message and he reached out to me. he said he is going to call me but he didn't call me or ask me about what exactly happened.
He said he was too busy to call me, but he genuinely said sorry on his email. He said he is going to give me a discount on my next visit. but. I would never ever going back to this nail salon. I replied his email about what exactly happened and asked him to double check about price, but I haven't got any email since then.
