Road sign always says the gas is 10 cents cheaper than it actually is, of instance today the sign says $3.05 or $2.99 for members, but when you get to the pump gas is actually $3.15 or $3.05 for members. That's a bait & switch.

I stopped here to get gas and use the bathroom. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting with no toilet paper And trash on the floor. I went to the counter to ask for toilet paper I thought I would never see the day that I would have to do that. The employee never turned around to look at me after two minutes of standing there, and I walked out. This place has gone to trash I live in the town of Loudon and I will never spend another dime here again.

I love this store and I always get great customer service from Tammy, Naomi and Brett, but the new overnight guy Devon is just horrible. Always either outside talking to friends or sitting behind the counter asleep or face buried in his phone. Never acknowledges anyone who walks in. Provides no customer service outside of happily taking your money.

Gas prices are fair, it's open 24hrs, which is convenient for late night drivers. Very well lit parking area and hot coffee for those who need it. Typical pricing on all other stock, so don't plan on coming your cupboards here!

Went to buy a couple of bags of ice for Christmas and thought I’d get some scratch tickets as well but according to the cashier you have to be 21 to buy lottery tickets and that she was “trained”on this kind of stuff even though after my confusing experience, I looked it up on the state lottery website and it says you only have to be at least 18 years of age or older. Would like to speak to the owner about this if possible.

Went to fill up from the road the price was $4.49 non member at the pump it is $4.59. Went in and asked about it and was told there was nothing they could do to help. I have been going here forever because of the reasonable gas prices but not anymore because of how I was treated

Had an awful experience. Got butts bag of ice and gas... Gas was put on wrong pump... Couldn't move it to correct pump.. stated he reimbursed me.. and then recharged my card for gas... Gave me someone else's receipt didn't have mine or even my refund receipt. So double charged me for gas... Took my money in 5 seconds ... Told me I have to wait a week for refund.. what?... Only original and second gas charge show up on my phone.. so no proof of refund... Told cashier... He was short with me acted as if I was being unreasonable . Made me move aside twice... Told me I just need to trust him... Seriously???! What the??? Still don't know if I am getting refund and my bag of ice melted onto my cars seat. Because it took 45 mins to NOT find out if I was double charged or got refund.. bright news by next week my bank will know... Train your employees TO GIVE RECEIPT and RESPECT to all customers !!!

Dirtbag owner of this gas station. Price gouges almost 50 cents more than other gas stations in the area. Completely unjustifiable. This gas station is a fraud. Fill up further north on route 106. Disgusting.

So I will first say the gas are very competitive. But I didnt have a great experience tonight. I went into the store looking for fuel treatment/fuel injector cleaner before I filled my gas tank. First of all most of the products offered are extremely over priced, even for a convenience store. I looked at the two different STP Fuel Treatment product you sell and one was priced $6.69 and the other was $4.29, items stocked in separate spots on shelves. I opted for the less expensive one but it rang up at $6.69. I told the gentlemen cashier the price was wrong it was suppose to be $4.29. I grabbed a second one for him to try, and the same price came up. The cashier then rings it in again as if I was going to pay the higher price for it and I said it says $4.29 on sticker and there are 6 bottles above it. He told me that he cant sell it to me at that price because he cant manually enter items. I honestly just think the cashier didnt know how to do his job properly. So I didnt buy the item that I stopped for because I couldnt get it for price advertised, so I'm disappointed with my experience and it would be nice to see that items actually ring up as they are priced and further more it would be even better to go into your store where the cashier was actually trained to handle any situation that arised or a supervisor there to properly handle the situation. Not so impressed customer. Maybe next time will be better and I can change my rating.

They always have competitive fuel prices. I can usually always find what I need quite convenient. Friendly staff and very tidy. The public bathroom is usually always clean.
