Throughly enjoyed my first visit to Miles Smith Farm. The cows are relatively friendly, the ones that don't want to be bothered don't come near, and there's a wheel barrow with breads and sweets to feed them. Price is $20 for a self guided walk about. There are full grown cows, baby cows, sheep, goats, pigs and chickens. They also have a store that sells meats from the farm as well. Great place, beautiful highland cows. The flies were awful, I got bit up quite a bit.

The nicest people ever, the sweetest animals, nice selection in the store. My family had an amazing time! It’s not easy to find a way to entertain both my kids, who are 7 years apart. This did it! My daughter said it was her best day ever! We will be back!

This is a great place for locally raised meats.It seems they take care of their animals, and that the animals get to live a good life. Most days you can probably get someone to take you to see some of the animals and say hello.A good selection of different meats and cuts, and they typically also have items from other small farms including eggs, tallow, yogurt, and more.

I’ve been here twice to stay in the air bnb, planning a third trip back! Animals are taken amazing care of. The owners (Carole and Bruce) are so kind and compassionate. AMAZING meat and other products for sale. You can really feel good about your purchase because you know the animals are well taken care of. Not like what you buy at the grocery store where you know the treatment of the animal is bad. The farm at night is gorgeous. There’s very little to no light pollution. You can see every single star. Walking around the farm is so fun. Carole & Bruce will give you carrots to feed the animals. OH! There’s a hot tub in the air bnb too! Plus a wood burning stove. Just imagine a crisp fall day, you’re walking around, go inside and take some time in the hot tub and then sit by the fire. It’s such a nice place to relax. I really can’t give enough compliments to this lovely farm, just absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and go experience this farm. This time when I go I’m definitely doing the horseback riding!

Need to show this place some love. After a quest for great tasting but yet affordable real maple syrup (sorry, I just can't bring myself to buy stuff in the grocery store anymore), I came across Miles Smith Farm on Yelp. Punched the address into my gps and drove down the long dirt / sand covered road, up the hill and finally to the top (don't worry, if you think you're going the wrong way, you're not. It's at the top of the hill). Parked and walked into the store (on the left), and grabbed a gallon of pure maple syrup for $65. Had small talk with the woman working (she was wicked nice!) and left. The view from the top would be amazing in the fall! Will definitely come back here to try their home-grown meats and for my refill of syrup.
