Had my saw chains sharpened..... Good price, nice personnel only thing I could ask for is same day service instead of a week but it is fall and I'm sure I want the only one needing sharpening.

Carl is the best. He takes on a lot of work cuz he wants to help everyone. When i bring my stuff to carl i know it will be done right. Not always on time BUT thats carl. At times he fixes my stuff for no charge or very reasonable.

We dropped our chainsaw off on April 30th and asked for a tune up/get it running great! He was very knowledgeable on questions we asked, and told us he could fix it rather than us buying a new one. That honesty was appreciated. However since then has been nothing but a disappointment. We called once the week of May 20th to get an update as we haven’t heard anything. No one answered so we left a message with our name and number with no response. 2 weeks later we called and left another message with our name and number, no response. Monday June 20th we stopped in and were told the person who was taking care of it wasn’t in and the person working that day couldn’t help us or give us back our chainsaw. Today, June 24th, my husband went back to see what the verdict was and was told “I haven’t gotten to your chainsaw yet”. Almost 2 months after dropping it off, 2 phone calls without calls back, and wasted time/gas driving back and forth. Not impressed. We dropped it off somewhere else today and it was done today.

They Fix my equipment when needed, I bought a mower & weed eater there. They have Good service, reasonable prices.

Stopped in late tonight with a dull chain on my saw- gentleman could not have been any more helpful; Left with a new chain INSTALLED. Places like this are an invaluable resource in the HD/Lowes world and I'm thrilled to know they here now that we are in the area and will need equipment.
