“Went into Talbot's store this morning, shortly after it opened. I walked around a bit, I think I did about 4 or so laps around the store. I noticed the 2 employees were free of customers. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. I watched a customer enter the store and be greeted by the sales employee. I couldn't figure out why I was being ignored so I left and went to the store behind them called Alapage. I was greeted within 10 seconds of entering and explained what I was looking for. She was friendly & helpful which was a successful experience since I bought an item.”

“Great place to shop! Did everyone know you can now return most items to each of the TJX/Marshall's stores? As long as each sells similar products (for ex: cannot return MEN'S shoes to TJX, as TJX does not sell men's shoes).”

“I'm thankful to not have to shop for clothes online. JCPenney and Macy's at the Mall of New Hampshire are awesome! I can always find someone to help, if needed. Unfortunately, braid dead people are everywhere and I would expect to run into them wherever I shop. That said, there are excellent staff to be found at JCPenney if one has some patience and looks.”
“I’ve visited twice now and can’t begin to even explain how awesome the customer service is! So friendly and helpful! If the salesladies are assisting another customer, simply begin browsing and they will be right with you. Excellent selection of quality clothing and not your typical “high end” shop with Abercrombie, Tahari, and Urban Outfitters. You’ll find an amazing collection of Louis Vuitton, Dior, Theory, Balenciaga (to name only a few) and so many awesome jeans presented for easy and convenient browsing. Prices are very reasonable too. The shop is clean and beautifully presented- all of the merchandise was in excellent condition- obviously they pride themselves on quality here! I stopped by hoping they might have a Moncler jacket and walked away with a beautiful vintage piece for an amazing price! Plus, the woman working there was so kind and truly took her time to make sure I’d love my purchase. Thanks- can’t wait to shop again! xo”

The nashua store I was only customer there and was treated like I was bothering them. My only suggestion would be to send some of your employees from this store to train nashua.”

When we called this store, Courtney was so pleasant to my mom and looked for the specific dress my mom was looking for, and found it! “This salon has such an amazing health packages! The owner is very knowledgeable and allows customers to browse and shop uninterrupted. The Infrared Red Light sauna pod offers full body massage while burning calories in minimal time! I have been coming weekly burning an average of 420 calories per session. I have struggled with tennis elbow pain and the therapy from Infrared has let me enjoy pain free days after treatment! I remember seeing this type of treatment on TV showcased Madonna used this in her home, to have access to it as a non megastar is amazing!!!”

“I dont know that I've ever taken time to review a clothing store, but this is worth the effort. We were waited on this evening by Matt Klueber who was amazing!! I haven't had customer service of this quality in a store for years. He knew the store, his inventory, and the job. I had two teenage boys with me shopping for suits for prom. He was a rock star. We left with shoes, belt, socks, pants, shirts, ties, and jackets for both. They were thrilled. At one point we couldn't find the pants for one of the suits in the right size. The computer said there should be one. He looked everywhere, and ultimately found them on the wrong rack. I would shop more if all salespeople were like him! I asked for his business card so I could write this proper review! Thank you, Matt!!!”

“I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!”

“My 6 year old had her ears pierced last week here and it was the best experience ever! She was super nervous (and cried a little during the actual piercing) but Kenzie and Steph did an AMAZING job! Things have also changed since I got my ears pierced and they pierce both ears at the SAME TIME-genius ? We may have only left with one ear pierced otherwise, lol. They made my little one feel so special, they helped take pictures and even helped me with my own ear piercing questions. My little girl was in heaven and can't wait to go back to pick out her free pair of earrings each month ❤️”

“I just want to thank the GM that was here today, Monday 2/19/24. I placed an online order, showed up at the store before it was even ready because I realized I bought the wrong size. Both the cashier & the GM were great. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I bothered them when I didn't have to & they were so unbothered by it even though the store was wicked busy. What I should've done was just waited for the online order to cancel itself but thought I had to do an exchange. Both were super friendly, helpful and gracious. Thank you ladies!”
