Holy rude. Got notified my scripts were cleared insurance yesterday and went to get them today and they cancelled the order. Tech was rude and pharmacist was even worse. I could get if it had been days but it was HOURS after i was notified they were ready and they refuse to ship them (cvs will) since i work and have two days a month off. Pharmacist was an complete jerk and the woman on the register melted down when i asked why they were cancelled
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR MEDS ARE NECESSARY FOR YOUR HEALTH, THIS WALGREENS COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYTHING

Ordered for pickup. It was done within ten mins. Store was neat and clean. Process to pickup was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly.

Most interactions here have been great. Unfortunately this last one takes the cake. While waiting to check out and impatient customer cuts me in line. I call her out she goes to the end of the line. They open the next register ask for who is next online and miss impatient who is 3rd in line steps up and the attendant rings her out. Ugly customer and bad service. I will do business elsewhere.

Usually I absolutely LOVE Walgreens and their deals but I had a HORRENDOUS experience today with a woman employee who works there. I called to explain I wasn’t charged for my pick up order and she was SO rude & disrespectful to me. She blamed me and then hung up on me on the phone. I am a loyal Walgreens customer and shop there weekly. So disappointing!

This place is so bad They are not open on Saturday or Sunday. This was a problem for me I was out of meds I went to to pick up and they were closed. So I waited till Monday and picked it up the woman was so rude like she was doing me a great favor. I will never walk in that place again.

If I could give this place less than one star I? Would they are. Rude and to boot? They are closed on the weekends. What are you supposed to do if you need a prescription? What kind of pharmacy chain this size closes over the weekend? , what a utter disgrace I will never get prescriptions filled at any Walgreens ever again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ KENDRA!! TY WALGREENS !!!! FINALLY2/22/23☆☆☆☆☆☆1/11/23 Nancy is always sweet, courteous and friendly with never a scowl. She deserves a raise! I hope corporate reads this, because they either have AMAZING EMPLOYEES or Horrible. Nancy is one they can not afford to lose. ☆☆☆☆☆☆Sojan, has sadly left my store '0( He has moved to Manchester.....so glad Walgreens has kept him!!! The gentleman pharmacist whom is the most amazing ever. What a professional, courteous, intelligent gem. ALWAYS service with a smile. He is always helpful and informative. There has never been even one instance that I witnessed him being anything but amazing. He has not once failed to take the time to make sure each and every customer's (at least what I have ever witnessed) needs are met with the highest level of service and courtesy. He always goes above and beyond which is why I will always choose Walgreens! He needs to lead the seminars if you have them lol.Website makes me want to leave one star, but that's not the stores fault.....CORPORATE FIX IT PLEASE.......INSANITY INDUCING!!

My husband had a prescription called in 2 days ago for something needed daily. It was delayed. After speaking to a pharmacist, he was told he cant go without and asked if they called doctors office. Pharmacy said no. At what point do they get to decide someone else’s health is okay to mess with? It still didn’t get filled today snd now they are closed all weekend. Terrible service, rude pharmacy techs and unaccommodating hours. We will be changing our pharmacy.
