Great place when they can schedule you, but for literally the past two years running every time I schedule an inspection they call and say they have “no techs available”. Ridiculous to have me plan for the appointment, get confirmation of the appointment, even take PTO for the appointment, just to call and say they didn’t get it right in the scheduling phase. A complete joke.

VIP has the best customer service around. I was able to get right in and not only did they fix my issues but they also let me do an unscheduled oil change and tires rotation. They are top notch in my book!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Zero Stars.
Will absolutely never go here again, and I suggest nobody else does.
They neglected to install TPMS sensors in my Infiniti, then lied and tried to tell me that Infinitis don't use TPMS sensors.
They also scratched my wheels while installing tires, after telling me "don't worry, we've worked on GTRs so your car will be fine"
Just poor quality work all around.

Battery died so I stopped by VIP in Londonderry. The service manager, Mike DiPetrillo said he would have a tech available shortly. The wait was short and the battery was installed. No issues and minimal wait so I am satisfied.

Came in to get a tire on a rim on a busy day. The gentleman at the car service desk was a huge help and accommodated my request. I was extremely impressed by his ability to juggle the numerous incoming phone calls, handling the customers, his ability to find solutions to all that came in. A true professional. Thanks again!

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Received a inspection ? No oil change or tire rotation. Haven't renewed the registration yet. It expires at the end of the month with the inspection.

I’ve previously left positive reviews on VIP, and never leave a negative review to anywhere unless it’s completely necessary. I brought my car here for a routine oil change on my new car, which I’ve done many times here. After my most recent experience that could have blown my engine I won’t be returning to VIP. After I got my “oil change” which is something that should be standard at any garage, then leaked out of my car completely then initiating issues with my vehicle. The only good thing was Mike was very kind and helpful to fix the issue. Personally wouldn’t put my trust in this place after that.

I came in today unscheduled as my car battery had died when I stopped to get a drink down the street. VIP was recommended to me by AAA and I can certainly see why. Everyone I came in contact with so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They not only were able to fit me in and get me on the road they did it for almost $100 CHEAPER than I was originally quoted! When does that EVER happen! I am a very satisfied and thankful customer.

I highly recommend VIP Tires and Service in Londonderry! I had a left upper tail light replaced there. They are the most accommodating service station that I’ve found in town in terms of fitting you in the same day-without making you drop off your car or wait a long time. They are quick and the absolute nicest people. Prices are reasonable, reliable, highly recommend.

VIP in Londonderry is my go-to whenever something goes wrong. Even when it doesn’t! Paul always knows who I am from just my voice, which adds a layer of trust that I really like. When they are busy, they send me to other VIP’s that are just as good.

Would highly suggest staying away from these guys. I had an inspection done there. Guy rushed us out of the door without saying anything about necessary maintenance said it would be emailed. The very next day my car died on me out of nowhere. I called and the guy lied twice claiming he told me when I was there that it should have all of this work done to the battery/charger, etc, and said he told my gf; he did not, she would have told me. I tugged on the positive lead going to the battery and the termination was loose... so I sit it snug and tightened it. My car started right up. To me, there is no such thing as that much of a coincidence. It passed their inspection and then "died" the very next day.. brand new battery too. They seem sus to me.

I was very impressed with the level of service I was given for all new tires and alignment. They were communicative, respectful and explained everything step-by-step for what my car needed. They were very honest and transparent, which I appreciate I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. We drove From Massachusetts, as they had same day availability, but I would drive back again in a heartbeat. I felt like I was taking care of.

After a minor mechanical failure on 93, I hobbled off exit 4 and found myself at VIP, the nearest service center I could arrive at and the one recommended by AAA. I had been on the road a while, and still had 200 miles to travel on a 95+ degree afternoon.
The folks at VIP could not have been friendlier, faster, or more accommodating. Mike promptly invited my dog and I to cool down inside, quickly diagnosed my issue, serviced the car, explained what had caused the issue (while providing future preventative measures), and had me back on the road in less than an hour.
I saw the staff treat everyone else who came into the shop with respect and a friendly attitude.
Very appreciative for their service in a stressful moment!
