VIP has the best customer service around. I was able to get right in and not only did they fix my issues but they also let me do an unscheduled oil change and tires rotation. They are top notch in my book!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Battery died so I stopped by VIP in Londonderry. The service manager, Mike DiPetrillo said he would have a tech available shortly. The wait was short and the battery was installed. No issues and minimal wait so I am satisfied.

Came in to get a tire on a rim on a busy day. The gentleman at the car service desk was a huge help and accommodated my request.
