“Great guys, really accommodating. My brother and I both have purchased vehicles from them. They stand behind what they offer. His wiper motor wasn't working. As a mechanic myself, and seeing how busy these guys are, its something simple to get overlooked, An honest mistake. Especially not being a common failure point on a newer vehicle. But with no song and dance , they took him back in right away, gave him a loaner, and offered him a few free oil changes for the inconvenience. Not many places would do that. I usually urge people to stay away from dealerships, But these guys are certainly an exception. Coming from someone with years of management in the industry myself, that should speak volumes. “This review is for the service department. We have been bringing our cars here for service for at least a couple of years. The people at the service desk are really helpful and nice. The service is also honest and reasonable, with a complimentary wash! One of the ladies walked me out and showed me where my car was after the service was done. That was very professional of her! Another (dishonest) dealership had recommended a slew of services for my car recently, but Granite Subaru didn't find any problems!! Thank you!”

“I bought a 2013 Subaru from here while I was out car searching and was not disappointed with the service. Peter was professional and transparent from the beginning. We maintained contact with Peter for roughly 2 weeks and Peter was communicative and helpful. We diagnosed one problem with the car before the purchase and Peter took it to get it fixed himself. At the end of the deal, Peter was even kind enough to lower the price down for us. Respect and transparency is hard to find, especially in the automotive industry, but these guys deliver! Highly recommend!”

“Alain is truly the best. He does amazing work and is incredibly honest. I trust him completely, because he never recommends work that isn't needed, never lies, always does top quality work.
The most recent reason for my visit had to do with the better half's vehicle. Another place gave her a story about needing work done for rust on the underside of her car. I took it to Alain, because I trust him to give it to me straight. No work was really needed and he told me that; he could have given me a different story to make a buck, but he didn't. And that's why I always bring our vehicles to him. He's the best.”

“I actually pulled into their lot and hit a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I asked if i could finace the vehicle so I wouldnt have an accident on my record. They discounted the truck which gave me $5000 in equity. I also had poor credit and they even fixed the damage I caused before i financed it. I got the truck and ended up getting an ebgine light 3 days later for a broken camshaft and misfires in 2 cylinders. They repaired it for me for free even though the repair cost $3000. They even gave me a loaner for two weeks well the Jeep got repaired. Valley is the best dealership in Manchester NH.”

I had been going to Midas in concord for years up until this past week where they tried upselling me thousands of dollars worth of work on my car, even going as far to tell me I shouldn’t be driving it… I went to Eric, recommended by a close friend, and Eric was able to put my mind as ease explaining that the work I had been quoted for at Midas was not needed. “The amount of work they put into their cars alone is impressive, but so is the outstanding customer relationships they build. Saw one of my favorite cars on their site, a Subaru WRX, and was immediately in love. Reached out and got a response almost instantly from Matt. Told him I was coming down to just look at the car when they were closed and was surprised when he came out and greeted me and my father. Went out of his way to even test drive the car for me as I haven't (until I bought it) driven a standard. Perfect communication leading up to the sale, and probably more patience for my bank than I had LOL. Really happy with how things went and big thanks to both Matt and Woody.Surprisingly, I only stalled once or twice on a hill that had a stop sign, didn't smell any clutch or anything so must've done a good enough job for my first time.
