Great customer service, called at 1pm to see if I could come pick up my shipment instead of waiting for delivery, Ann Marie that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, checked on my shipment and said it was still on the trailer but give them an hour and they will have it ready. When I got there and walked in a gentleman came right out of his office and took care of everything. In and out in 15 minutes, very pleased.

DO NOT USE! Awful company. They never showed up on the day they were supposed to show up for a pickup. Then, to make up for it, they "guaranteed" a pickup for the following morning. They never showed up. I was on the phone with customer service for hours, and they had no excuse except "the driver won't make it." I think they have one truck and they are brand new to the freight business. Stay away!

Worst experience ever, promised delivery of a time sensitive piece of equipment on Friday, now a week after them missing there dock time, if i want it this week, i need to drive a hour and a half away and do there job for them, and they are unapologetic about it, actually try blaming me,saying that I didn't set up a dock time... i did,,, you ignored it and gave it to a shipper a hour away from me, and drove past our driveway!!!

I've done a lot of shipping to different trade-shows and this was one of the best experiences I have had. With both pickup and drop off the drivers were on time and both called 30 minutes as requested. Scott did the drop off and was great. They were very friendly and everything went off exactly as you would hope it would. Excellent service. Thank you.

Was traveling on I 84 near Scranton pa today and a driver pulling a ups freight trailer aost ran us off the road not once not twice about THREE times followed him in to the travel plaza on I 84 and just got mouthed at by the driver. The truck had no markings besides the name and I'm not sure if 13874 or 18874... Not the kind of behavior I'd expect from a truck driver..

1 star for the business, but 4.5 stars for Anne-Marie (sp?). Placed a large order for metal components that arrived at this location 10 days ago, and I did not receive any notification from the dock OR from UPS that the shipment delivery needed to be scheduled. I only found out after calling UPS last weekend to ask them when things would be delivered.Scheduled delivery for today, delivery window of 2-6 PM. Moved things around at work to make sure I was home. Called at 4:45 and, yes while I did hang out on hold for 10-15 minutes (understandable, as we needed to wait for a response from the driver), ultimately found out that a) the dock does not have the parts, and b) the driver does not have it on his truck. Currently, I am at a loss for words, as well as almost a tonne of steel parts. Anne-Marie was on the phone, however, and despite everything else going on she was professional, to the point, and had contingencies in place to hopefully locate the order and get it delivered.UPS should really look for a different last-mile delivery contractor, ideally one who is reliable and organized. If this comes to a happy outcome (and soon) then I will happily revise this review.

Que the clown music, not the most operationally efficient representation of UPS. Be prepared to wait for an hour plus as the front office and the dock poorly communicate on getting your shipment.

No way to contact local dispatcher, only central number. And every time I call (5 times today) they say it says in the system that we close at 6:00, but we close at 4:00 so they never pick up on time
