This was by FAR the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve done a LOT of moving and tried many different options, some resulting in horror stories). From the first phone call inquiring to picking up our containers post-move, this process was incredible. Every UPack employee was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I called leading up to making my reservation multiple times with a number of questions and everyone I spoke to was kind and happy to help. The employees who delivered and picked up the containers were so nice and did a great job. Our stuff arrived on time and honestly this process went smoother than I could have possibly imagined. This company goes above and beyond to make what can be a really stressful experience a breeze. Oh and they’re pricing? Compared to other similar container moving companies, I was shocked at how good their prices are. It almost seemed to good to be true but this was one of those rare instances where it was just true. This is the ONLY way I’ll move from now on! Thank you UPack for providing outstanding service!

Exceptional Customer Service!! Every interaction from the first call to start the quote, the interactions with the drivers, updates on the status of our trailer once on the move, to the the final pick-up was top notch! The value in comparisons to other moving options is outstanding. I would highly recommend U-Pack!

U-Pack delivered what they sold. There were no surprise fees or tariffs weeks or months later like with U-Haul, there were no unknown charges that the salesperson didn't tell me about.Legit booked online, scheduled initial drop off at $1145, received a $20 online coupon, didn't pay until the container was loaded and on it's way to my new apartment.Along with at least 40 boxes, I was able to fit in a tv, 2 floor lamps, a king size mattress, disassembled desk and bed and end tables, a vacuum, a room size rolled up rug, camping gear, ... it kept going.After online scheduling, a representative followed up to double check the drop off date, then on the day of, another call was received to inform me they were on the way. They let me sign ahead so I didn't have to be present for pick up in case I left it there alone. I was informed to call the local number to let them know the container was loaded and ready for pickup. They offered to call me when they were on the way, but I already knew the date and would still be at the departure apartment.I made a stop off to see my cousin over the road trip on the way to the new state, before I arrived, the container did!I scheduled out the drop off to which I was again able to speak with the delivery driver on where I wanted it placed. Then when it was unloaded, called them to pick it up, and my transaction was complete! No follow up billing like U-Haul and Pods, and people were nice, accommodating, and helpful! I will definitely use U-Pack for my future moving needs!Note that they aren't a broker either, just a transportation company that provides the U-Pack container to you, you can hire labor to load and unload, best move so far!

This worked out very well for me. Compared to moving service this is much cheaper. Customer service is great. Drivers at both ends were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this service. Very easy to use website. Love it!

We used u-pack for our move from NH to SC, and we highly recommend! First the customer service scheduling the truck was top tier, super friendly and helpful. The scheduling and pick up was easy and on time. It was great having the ability to use extra room or less room and pay per square footage. We loved using this moving company and would definitely use again!!

U-Pack was very easy to work with, good communication with scheduling container drop off, pick up and delivery. It was great to be able to watch the tracking of our containers as they moved from New Hampshire to Kansas. Price is set, no surprises on the other end like you hear about traditional movers that low ball you upfront, then hijack your belongs until you pay more. (We did hire 2 movers from a reputable moving company to load our furniture into the containers) I definitely recommend U-Pack!

I ordered one Relo-Cube and they brought two - just in case. But the extra one brought would only cost me something if I needed it. I didn't need it and the cost I finally had to pay what was what they quoted. No hidden fees or other fees for whatever. Very straightforward and professional service on the phone and on the road. The guys delivering the cubes, picking them up and then the other team dropping off the cubes were extremely friendly and professional. After it was delivered to their site close to my final destination I got a call and could make arrangements for the drop-off that suited my schedule. They delivered it on-time as promised. I had zero damage to any items in the cube. (It was packed very tightly so nothing could more anyway.) They took great care not to damage anything and place the cube where I wanted. If I had to move again, I would choose U-pack again! Keep up the good work! Happy Relo-Cubeing!

This was the best customer experience I have had Since I can remember. From the day they dropped off the trailer in New Hampshire from the driver to dispatch. Trailer went from New Hampshire to Oklahoma, I was quoted 2-3 weeks with it being busy. The trailer was picked up @ 5:30 on a Monday Night and I received a call it was ready for my destination delivery the following Monday Morning. Talk about fast!!!! The delivery driver in Oklahoma couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Five stars is not a good enough rating. 10 stars from this customer.

Get one more cube than you think you will need!! The service was professional and straight forward. One cube didn't have a great seal so just a few things got a little wet otherwise nothing was damage and everything was delivered when needed with friendly service all around. Thank you guys!

Move 1800 miles with a FULL 26' ABF Trailer....delivered to my house at the earliest scheduled time and picked up on time. Since I had the entire trailer it was delivered...by rail! (No bumpy highways for most of the trip!!) and it was available a day early upon arrival. I scheduled the drop off on line and it showed up..on time again! Online website was easy to use and easy to understand...would definitely recommend!

We could not be more pleased with U-Pack. Their description of the service was completely accurate. Their pricing was very good, and they remained on top of the order at all times. They would call to confirm delivery times. When I called them, they were always friendly and cooperative.They delivered and picked up when they said they would (all four times). They give a morning or afternoon window, call to confirm and deliver. Their drivers are very professional and pleasant, and had no issue navigating our very challenging driveway (we had a hill and hairpin turns).It is great flexible pricing to charge by the foot. We do not need to commit to how many feet of trailer space we will use. They charge based on what we actually use. They will adjust the price, up or down after we put in the partition.They will not use the empty space for another person’s move. They fill the unused space with freight. When they delivered the trailer to our destination, we received it the way we gave it to them.We opted for 30 days of storage (in the trailer). At $500 for the first month, that seemed very reasonable. (After the first or second month they raise the price to $900. I guess they have better things to do with their trailer than to store your stuff.) They delivered when we called them with 24 hour notice (but I suggest giving them 2 or 3 days notice).I have a new appreciation for how much stuff a semi-trailer can hold. About 70-80 cubic feet per linear foot is A LOT of storage. We transported some of our racks. We used tie-downs to hold them tightly against the sides. That helped us utilize the full height of the trailer.There are many moving options including pods, or an “adventure in moving”. We had a lot of stuff, about 20 feet in the trailer. For about that amount of stuff to move, I think this was the best option out there.
