Top Dog has been so wonderful to work with! They are kind, caring, & accommodating to your pet’s needs & your schedule. Our walkers are professional with us & very loving & understanding with our dog. I have recommended their services to my friends with pets!

Top Dog is awesome. Michaela has looked after our cat a couple times now and she’s very thorough. She texts us updates with photos after every visit and is able to get everything taken care of in the visit times we ask. It’s wonderful having a reliable pet sitting service so close-by; when I was first looking around the area for one a lot of the others didn’t even get back to me, or it was apparent they were very disorganized. Top Dog is on top of their game and are very flexible; I feel confident leaving home for a few days with their service and that means a lot to me.

Michaela and Heidi took care of my neurotic kitty Rosie with five star quality care! Rosie was a very fearful timid cat but warmed to them nicely as she sensed she could trust them! Jess runs a top class pet sitting service, I know from both sides because I used to work for her!

Really great company to work with. We have been using their dog walking services for our disabled dog for several weeks now. They are reliable and our slightly difficult dog just loves them. I like that there are 2 people assigned to us so it’s consistent. Daily feedback and photos are great. Billing and scheduling are super easy too. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Like a lot of people, I got a Covid puppy. I started using Top Dog intermittently for dog walking, but now that I'm back to work, I use them regularly for a midday break for my pup.I've stayed with Top Dog because everyone I interact with is reliable, consistent, and accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable and I know my puppy is getting good care.Communicating with Jessica the owner is easy via phone or email, and she is very responsive. My walkers, Michaela and Heidi, treat Baxter like one of their own. They communicate details during their visits that are unique to us, so I know it's not just a canned text. They have even helped me with carryover of some of our training.We're very lucky to have found Top Dog, and are happy customers.

I was very pleased with the service provided for my girl Daisy. Heather is very caring and professional. I so appreciate the messages after the visits to update me about how my kitty is doing. Because of her age and medical issues it puts me at ease. I will definitely continue to have Top Dog take care of my pets needs and I would recommend them to others.

I'm so glad I found Top Dog as they have been a life saver for me! I often work late hours and knowing that my dog is being well taken care of and getting fed when she needs to makes me feel better when I'm at work. The whole process from submitting my application and explaining my needs to meeting the dog walkers who would be coming to my house, to the way to request dates/times for visits has been super convenient to use. I get a very personable message and pictures of my dog while they are with her, and I know that there is genuine care and commitment from the dog walkers, which puts me at ease! I also appreciate the fact if I ever need help with my cats that they will be able to provide assistance when needed. I am very grateful to have become a client with Jessica and team at Top Dog Pet Sitting and Dog Walking!

FIVE STARS all day long! Top Dog Pet Sitting and Dog Walking is the company you want!I’m sorry if this review is long, but it’s necessary to give this company the praise they deserve.I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. Everyone has been exceedingly friendly, attentive, accommodating, and professional. This companies’ dedication to their clients is clearly of the utmost importance to them. I have a 6.5-year-old Westie and a 7-month-old Golden Retriever. My Westie has been dealing with some health issues and is prone to accidents in the house if not let out while I’m at work (didn’t used to be the case). I initially planned to employ this service for my Westie, but around the same time starting with them, I got my Golden (at 2.5 months old). I don’t think I would have been able to keep my Golden if it wasn’t for this company and its staff. I would not have been able to keep up the process of going home multiple times a day to take care of my dogs.Upon my initial request, they scheduled meet and greets with the dogs, myself and each sitter that would visit the dogs. They had no problem working the visits around my schedule. From that point forward, as the sitters visited, they grew stronger relationships with the dogs and got to understand their personalities and needs. They wanted to help enforce my preferred training methods and commands, which has helped so much with the Golden's behavior since I got him. I am on my 5th month of having the sitters come by 4 to 5 days a week (first 3 months they came by twice a day). I feel that I have gotten plenty of experience with them and can say with confidence that they are the company you want.This organization is not only superior in their flexibility and adeptness to your pets needs, they also employee an awesome customer portal with an interface that I feel anyone could operate. The webpage-based portal lets you establish a profile for each pet, with all of the details regarding their personalities, behavioral traits, care needs, and interests (likes/dislikes). You also establish an owner profile that provides all of the detail necessary for the company execute (housing access instructions, alarm system information, critical contacts, communication preferences, etc.). The major benefits are that you can request/schedule visits (with status feedback), pay your invoices, upload pet photos and message the management. Now this may seem like the basics, but I have used several other local pet service type portals and can attest to the fact that many are not as user friendly.Have I mentioned their employees yet? I did? Oh well, here’s some more praise. The staff have been so friendly, responsive, and hard working. The sitters send texts with summary, photos and special details about your pets visit(s). The management always makes sure you are getting what you need (I scheduled holidays multiple times by accident, and they were on top of it).I am actually struggling with the notion of not having the sitters come by as often when my Golden is all grown up and my Westies health issues resolved. These people build relationships with your pets and that, in my opinion, is critical when you are talking about letting someone take care of your pet/family member.If it isn’t obvious by now, I am a very satisfied customer. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for a superior quality service with affordable rates and dedication to their clients!

I hired Top Dog for midday potty break and walks while Im work long days the last couple months. I can’t tell you how impressed I have been with the business itself, and the employees. I am not tech savvy, so scheduling appointments for me has been difficult as the scheduling site is confusing for myself- again this is my confusion and others find it super simple. However, I just reached out to Jessica, and she was more than helpful and fixed what I needed and set him an ongoing services. The employees, I’ve had 3 so far, all have been fantastic with my dog. They listened and always send me pics and videos using and watching him and with to each command I needed to have them use as he is a service dog and ADA in training. They have a lot of patience with my dog, as he can be startled easily when the doors open due to a past trauma, and they calm themselves and him right down and just go on their jolly walks, play with him for a minutes with his favorite toy and toss him a cookie or two. I’m so grateful to have Top Dog helping me with my dog on my long days ( 4 days a week ) and it’s so helpful to know he’s okay and being checked on. he’s so much happier I can tell bc he isn’t just laying all day. It may only he 20-30 minutes but it’s all he needs some days to just have someone love him! And Top Dog sure does love him( I can see and hear on my home cameras and they always are so sweet and patient with him). Would highly recommend them! And I have to several people.
