Just went to buy blueberries that were supposed to be buy one, get one free. Thought it was a good deal and decided to buy another 2 packages for same deal. Cashier rang me up but charged me for 3 packages??? I asked the bagger and she said you only get that for 2 packages??? So I told her to cancel the sale since I'm only buying the extra packages because of the sale. Was planning on putting the ones I bought in my car and coming back and buying another 2 since this seemed preposterous. After she rang up my 2 packages I noticed on the receipt that she still charged me for both packages??? Never plan on returning to this Shaws since they don't have anybody competent enough operating the registers and seemed to be only interested in ripping you off! This is the grocery store ilothers warn you about. Always check your receipt. I tried to go to the service desk but was conveniently closed. Beware!

I was just remembered why I do shop at this store ,it closer to my house, but market basket it is, asking about a charge, and I was talking to the person that was at the register,and very ignorantly said ya Don't worry about it.like I was not to ask any questions, thank you, Olivia for reminding me why not to go to this store

I like this Shaws! It's very clean and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. They have a decent wine selection and a lot of pet food options, too! Of course they also have great groceries and flowers!

Customer Service at its finest. Called to see if store had chipotle chili’s in adobo, Adam professionally answered call, on hold for 20 seconds and he came back with aisle and location. Maybe grab it and hold upfront but he easily saved me 30 minutes at a min. Thank you, Adam!

If you’re looking to get in and out quickly this is the place. The produce are fresh and the workers are always helpful and friendly. I recommend checking the expiration dates i some of the food as they don’t have a high turnover rate.
