I recently had a ring redesigned at Richter's, and they did an awesome job. The design is beautiful, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and patient while I took some time to decide how to proceed (reset or redesign).

Every time I go in to the studio, I am always delighted with the staff's personal attention. Paul is a gifted designer. He helped me customize a couple of pieces in a timely manner and the staff helped me with some "vintage" pieces.
