I recently visited Pets Plus in Londonderry, New Hampshire, a pet store that I would highly recommend. The store was impeccably clean, and the customer service was exceptional. I was particularly impressed with the selection of fish available, and every fish I purchased from this store has thrived in my aquarium. Very unfriendly service prices are very high dirty wouldn't recommend them . I asked a question they couldn't answer it at least went to PETCO they answered right away saved my my pet get sick worst maybe was best they didn't answer it the Medical part at Petco knew they saved my pet

Great shop. I get help almost instantly on most days. Like i said, they are a great shop, so they can be busy. The animals in their care look very well taken care of. Every interaction I've had with the employees has always been a pleasant one.

Received a store coupon in the mail via Valpak. It was for $3 off ANY purchase of $30 or more excluding live animals and fish. Bought a $70 bag of dogfood and a couple treats. When I went to the register to pay, I was told the coupon did not apply to any dog or cat food. The person behind the counter just dismissed the entire thing like it was nothing. False advertising to trick you into coming to the store. Apparently they also don't know the difference between a store coupon and a company rebate. Complete scam.
