“This is the only store I shop at for my dog’s needs. Everyone is really kind and helpful, and the products are all high quality with a good variety. Also, the dog baths they have to use are way nicer than washing her at home in my shower!”
“everything there is great, people are very friendly, and I gave been going there a few years- however the one huge turn off is their dubia roach prices. I was told they are so high because they gutload them. when i attempted to buy some, they didnt have any that were properly sized for leopard geckos. they also wanted about thirty dollars for fifteen of them. gutloading is cheap and easy. imo its not something you charge two dollars a roach for. it was honestly the wildest thing i have ever had someone try to excuse. you can get them way cheaper online, and as i said "gutloading" is nothing special that should make the prices that high- at all. I would also go a little further to say the staff knows very little of the reptiles they now sell. it is a newer area to them, as they specialize in fish, but they have no paperwork on ages or anything, although they do sell healthy animals. a lot of the kids that work there, while very kind -dont seem knowlegable about the animals they sell.”

“Pawfectly Raw has been a game changer for our Dogs. We have been ordering from them for years now. Everything changed once we started them on Raw. Their coats were better, breath, weight, energy, and doing their business. No more diarrhea, much smaller poops. TMI ? This means they are absorbing more nutrients. They flip over the Quacks, (dehydrated duck feet) and their bone broth is amazing. If your local you can pick up, which is great for us. They also offer delivery to many locations in New England. “I'm a senior and so is my pup. She is 15 years old and my world. I want her last years to be the best possible, which includes getting her the food that will keep her happy and healthy.
Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.

“I purchased a puppy from here on 1/30/22 for the first time ever. I thought the place was very nice. It is run by young teenagers but they were very friendly and respectful. They were able to answer any questions I had and gave me a few referrals for vets and grooming. I got a dog that’s original name was Toronto he’s a cream colored golden retriever and now his name is Bruin but he turned out to be the best dog ever. He’s perfectly healthy and happy. Bruin is also very spoiled. If I was going to get another dog I would definitely go back to puppies on the run. It is expensive but I think it’s worth it but maybe I got lucky. I liked the place was clean and the staff were helpful. I would recommend to others. I’ve heard/read negative things on the place but you don’t really know until you experience for yourself and I had a good experience.”
“Brought my new dog in to have some stuff done and I was amazed how well they treated him very sweet and they took there time so he wouldn't be scared of the dryer or table which means the world to us along with the respect and kindness that had for my dog. They also where very affordable as well which you usually get one or the other never both . I've decided I will not bring my dog anywhere else to get groomed. “Stopped at the Derry store tonight around 7pm to grab my dog food. I couldn’t find it so I asked an associate. They no longer carry my regular brand but a sales associate took the time to help me find the most similar kind by looking up and comparing ingredients. He also informed me that if I wanted the other brand they would special order it for me at no extra charge. This type of helpful, friendly customer service was greatly appreciated and will keep customers like myself coming back.”

They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. After purchasing our pup, they called us a few days afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I’ve had family members but most of their dogs from here. Never had an issue and dogs lived a very long time. Highly recommend this location! Will definitely buy our pups next sibling from here for sure!”

“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”
“Brought my dog in for a quick nail clip. They took us right away. No appt needed, and a discounted price. How could I go wrong. The price is usually 12.99 but on a Saturday afternoon they run specials so the price was 7.99, again how could I go wrong. They were terrific with my dog. I am sorry I forgot our groomers name for that day but she was excellent, and when Diego started to squirm, she asked another groomer to just hold him at our suggestion. It worked perfectly. Really really great service, fast efficient, and very kind to Diego and myself. After grooming I had to pick up a few things , found a great shedding tool at a reasonable price along with a big tough dinosaur toy, cause my little guy like to tear toys apart. I really like they have the categorys with toys for cuddling dogs, fetching dogs, teething dogs, and my guy who likes to tear them apart . Lol also I should mention while I was in with the groomer, I also received a $2 coupon for the toy I was getting. So much savings which made me feel great about going there, and the savings allowed me to donate to help other dogs. I found this to me a great place for pet supplies for all kinds of animals, definitely worth the stop. I highly recommend this PetSmart!!”
