“Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. “My car wouldn’t start, the message on my dash said “service transmission” and, as anyone would, my husband and I panicked that we would need to get a whole new one. As soon as we told the guys are silver line what was going on they reassured us it most likely wasn’t that…and sure enough they were right! They serviced it quickly and found out what the issue was. It sounded like a simple fix and didn’t try to “sell” us on everything else that could be wrong with my Jeep. We had them put new tires on as well and when all was said and done we walked away without breaking the bank! We are grateful they took care of it so quickly. The only thing that held them up was waiting on the tires we ordered. We will absolutely be back for future services!”

“I called late in the day hoping to get in for a vehicle inspection. It was maybe and hour to an hour and a half before they close. They took me right in, didn’t try to sell me any extras, and had me out very quickly. While waiting, I listened to them speak with many customers that were showing up to pick up their vehicles. They were very professional, polite, informative, and considerate of everyone’s time. They explained the services that were done and answered questions without trying to over complicate things. This is how it should be done. I’ll be back for any work that I don’t have the time to do myself.”

“The coolant lines on my truck transmission developed a massive leak and ran the transmission dry. Of course, this was on a Sunday morning, so I got AAA to haul the truck home. I didn't trust the local dealer of my truck's brand to repair it at a reasonable cost. I looked for local transmission repair shops, PDM came up, reviews were good, so off we went.
Paul gave me a rundown of all the things that could be broken and the likely costs. I turned him loose with no limits on time, requesting only that he let me know what repairs were necessary and the cost. It turned out that the only visible damage was the coolant lines. He replaced them, filled the transmission, road tested the truck, and off we drove.
It turned out that there was another problem. The torque converter was not working correctly, and while the truck was apparently running correctly, fuel mileage and emissions were affected. Back we go to PDM.
Paul was able to remove the torque converter and determine what the problem was. Not only did he fix it, he also did some preventive maintenance by replacing some other parts associated with it. Overall he was meticulous, his work was of top quality, and his prices were well within the normal range for such work.
I highly recommend PDM Automotive for repair work on any make or model. Careful and accurate work added to honest business practices are an unbeatable combination.”

“I would never use their on line service again. I made an appointment, and picked tires. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they didnt have my tires. I was told they had to get them from warehouse, so I had to make another appointment. Someone should be checking their on line appointments, to make sure they have whats needed for their appointments. My 2nd appointment the service was great, I got there a little early and they took me right in. They explained everything, everyone was very nice.”

“Love the staff here, Daniel the manager has a great team, and he is great. They are honest and won’t up charge you for anything. Went in to get a new set of tires “I did buy these elsewhere” they had no issues putting them on.
I had to go twice as the first time I was told they weren’t going to be able to get the job done due to a issue with my car, I got it fixed and job was done extremely quick.
They are also honest, I swore I was going to need an alignment and asked for one but was told it wasn’t necessary and wasn’t charged for it.
Easy to get appointments at this location. Will be returning for rotations and other services!”
