I previously called two 'other' companies to jump a dead battery. A pretty simple request, right? Neither company showed up or had the courtesy to communicate further about their schedules. I stumbled across great google ratings online for 'Laflamme's Towing', particularly when comparing to their competitors. I'm so glad I found them as Doug was super friendly, reasonably priced, and he showed up as scheduled. Bottom line: They provide exceptional customer service. I'd highly recommend that you call Laflamme's Towing - you won't be disappointed!

My mechanic Inner City Auto in Manchester said Laflammes towing was his go to guy and I can see why. Doug the owner was on time and well-dressed and well spoken and explained every step of the process. The price was very reasonable (a few dollars under the original quote) which was nice. Overall I loved chatting with Doug I felt like we were old buddies he made the whole process very easy. I will definitely use them again if I need a tow and would highly recommend them to anyone. I needed to get a newly purchased Vehicle picked up and transported to Northern NH. LaFlamme's Towing was who I went with, His prices were reasonable and they were professional in everyway. They picked up my vehicle at the time he said and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition... I would not hesitate to use LaFlamme's services again for any of my towing needs. Doug and his company stand apart from many others companies I have used. Keep up the great work, you are truly professionals!
