I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”

“Great experience at the Manchester NH office on 8/1/25. After 24 years with US Cellular, and using the Milford, NH store for our customer service needs, we decided to try the Manchester NH office. The guys there were great. Our longtime experience at Milford had been TERRIBLE. Multiple associates over the years had been unhelpful and had us thinking of car salesman types. But the guys at the Manchester store were so much nicer.

“I recently switched my provider from Verizon to T-Mobile, using this store as my primary source. I worked primarily with Tiphani, who was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout. I spent over 2 hours in the store to get everything switched over, but I always felt taken care of. About 5 weeks later, I had to return for an issue that couldn't be resolved over the phone (after trying for 2 hours), and Tiphani quickly took care of it, and made sure to credit my account appropriately. I am gratfeul for the good customer service!”

It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”
