I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”

It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. This is the best experience I have had… Christian and Zae.(sp?) are both stellar reps , a 10 in terms of overall professionalism, and I must say, are both positively representative from a branding standpoint.. They were so efficient, and super knowledgeable. I went in with multiple issues due to working with a different location who put a phone under my sister‘s name, accidentally added charges that I did not authorize etc. etc. they fixed everything and they are the best . Love them and you will too!!!”

“I needed to cancel my Internet service from Xfinity, and I HATE dealing with the phone banks from who knows where.... So I went in to the local store. I was greeted by a woman with a smile who said, sure, we can do that! We sat down at her terminal and chatted while she did what was needed. No push to keep service. No pushy anything. I brought my Flex Box with me because I knew they'd want it back. I was probably there 5 minutes. It was an extremely pleasant experience!”
“Update : I wanted to provide an update about my situation as single digits was able to expedite my request and send me a technicien home to solve my issue. I’ve felt a lot of frustration fighting the situation by myself at the beginning, but single digit management was able to turn that frustration into very positive feeling! They have been reaching out to provide daily update and follow up on wifi status after they have confirmed the technician visit date. The technicians that came were very very helpful, after they stepped into my apartment the first thing they said is that is they won’t leave until my internet issue is solved! That was extremely soothing! They found out that i didn’t have any access point in the first place which i have already explained to single digits when i communicated with them, and they were able to install the proper hardware i need. Very happy about the support i got, i put 4 starts as i think front desk support still need to be improved and communicate better with back office. Still thankful about resolution!I’m extremely frustrated by the the low quality service and the limited the support i am getting from single digit regarding wifi maintenance at my apartment, I’ve been calling for every single day for a month now, and i’m getting the same update which is “we are working to get a qualified technician for the work you need”, it’s not even a complex issue!!!I keep telling the agents that because the issue i’m having with internet is urgent now, i’ll be available everyday, and yet each time i call they ask me for my 5 day availabilities to schedule a tech.I’m also not getting an estimation on how long it might take to get a tech. This is starring to affect my work and personal life!I’m not sure if 1month old tickets are normal at this company but if it is, that’s really bad news for me!!”
“I don't know how I did it, but somehow, I accidentally (thought I had) deleted all of my calendar events on my phone. Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”
