As far as customer service goes - this is the best in the area for sure. If I'm having trouble finding something and I ask an employee, they take the time to walk me over right to the product. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.

I was expecting a delivery today for two washers, a dryer and a pedestal and the delivery company out of Tewksbury really screwed up as well as customer support in an attempt to correct the situation. They were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival and never did. They showed up at the house, made a call to my phone. By the time I picked it up on the 3rd ring, they hung up. I tried to call back the number and spoke to a Home Depot customer service rep and she said they were outside the home now. By the time I put my shoes on, they had come to the door and dropped a postcard - sorry to miss you. Like WTF. As I opened the door and watched them drive away with Home Depot on the phone telling them what was going on and to get them back they said they could not. The driver claimed he called my phone multiple times and fortunately for technology that tracks all my incoming/outgoing calls, they did not. They called once upon arrival in front of my home and hung up on the third ring and drove off after dropping their card. I cancelled my order for over $4000.00 and felt sorry for the nice sales rep in the Londonderry, NH store who will lose his commission over these incompetent delivery people. I will buy elsewhere and will not deal with this again and will file with corporate as well. May revenge come their way from an outside source that puts them on the receiving end someday. Losers!

Looking for help in paint depth. Had number of paint color from website. Gave piece of paper to paint employee with number on it, and he flicked it back to us saying this means nothing to me. Not willing to look up number from top paint companies. Guy had spiked blond hair and we could tell he could care less. Asked if we could speak to another member of the paint department upon which he threw his Home Depot apron on another counter and left without saying a word to us. At that point we left store. Horrible employee who cared nothing about helping customers.

Buyer Beware and please note they don’t respond to the complaints on this site.
I ordered a washing machine and two months later it broke.
The manufacturer is not calling me back
Home Depot won’t do anything
On top of it I paid for the extended warranty.
The customer service and quality is extremely poor. They don’t care about their customers.

they Lie to you kust to make the sale! delivery was horrible very late I didn't sign on the products and the delivery driver just left it there and left. you guys are super unprofessional but I'm not done woth you see you at the store will a book of complaints.

Terrible service! After waiting 2 hours for help my dad never got help with a ton of pellets. He went in 3 times for help and never received any. He had to leave without pellets that he paid for. After calling the store they blamed us. Seriously after 2 hours and going back in several times asking for help is ridiculous. I get staffing is bad because of
Covid but waiting 2 hours and asking for help then getting blamed... I won’t be going to Londonderry every again

I purchased a GE washer/ dryer combo from them in January 2019. After four months, the dryer began stopping mid-cycle on a consistent basis. After giving it a few months, I contacted Home Depot (they held the warranty for a year) and they were absolutely useless. They sent a repair person out a few weeks later who spent no more than 10 minutes fiddling with it, but not attempting to fix the problem. No sooner did he leave, I contacted Home Depot to set up another Repair appointment. A total of 5 repair appointments later, with all of them spending no more than 10 minutes pressing buttons and attempting nothing to actually repair it, their Warranty expired and they passed me off to the Company I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from (Asurion - DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THEM EITHER). When I called the store to tell them they had sold me a defective product, they were terse and short with me, stating to take it up with Asurion. I had previously read reviews of this particular Home Depot and noticed they had a 2.5 out of 5 star under reviews on Yelp but gave them the benefit. Never, ever again! Trust those low stars and negative reviews!

just went to home depot. Needed base board and 2 doors. went to base board isle and it was full of completely filled carts, could not even get to the product. Went to get 2 doors...website said 4 in stock. needless to say no doors. going to Hookset tomorrow where at least they have a clean well stocked organized store. Don't waste your time in Londonderry,

Just visited the Londonderry location after hearing of the chain requiring masks. Low and behold they are not in anyway enforcing it. I won’t be returning.

TRIED to buy some plywood today...a bunch of mixed/bad/other material in its spot. Was told they had more....but THREE pages, FOUR associates, and even the helpful cashier Helen tried TWICE making a direct phone call - NOBODY came ! I was very patient, but I will take my business elsewhere.

They could not order my tub/surround/door. They couldn't find it even though i gave them picture of combo unit from isle... Woman said it came up as seasonal....Really a bath tub is a seasonal item

I ordered a snow blower through the Home Depot website. When it arrived at the Londonderry location I was contacted to pick it up by text and email. I arrived 2 days later on Saturday at 9am. When they went to go get the snow blower they told me it was still sitting on the receiving dock on a pallet unassembled. I was told by 3 employees in the customer service area that it would be assembled and ready for pick up by 3pm and to come back then and it would be ready. Now mind you, I arranged to have a friend bring a van to help get the snow blower home. I arrived back along with my friend and his van at 2:50pm. Again I went through the checkout process and when they went to get it I was told it was still sitting on the dock unassembled. I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service person called him, which he was not going to come over to speak with me. When I asked where he was, she pointed to him on the phone 20 feet away from us. So I walked over to him at which time he told me he didn't have any assembly people on Saturday. Realizing this guy wasn't going to help me I asked for another manager at which time they got the Assistant Manager Jeff. Jeff organized a couple of guys to pull the machine and assemble it in 10 minutes! The problem I have is if I didn't push the issue of finding the competent people in this store, nothing would have happened. The Manager at this location is part of the customer service problem and makes excuses instead of trying to solve the problem. The Assistant Manager and the guys who were with him were problem solvers and got the job done so I didn't have come back a third time for the same pick up, so I thank them for that. There are some really nice employees in this store that try to do right by the customer. Unfortunately I have no confidence that ordering anything for pick up at this location will turn out to be a good experience.

My husband and I were in your Londonderry store yesterday and your associate Carmine went above and beyond for us. He helped us find what we were looking for in plywood and even helped my husband load the cart. He was so helpful and pleasant. It made our shopping experience more pleasurable. We were having a bad day up to that point because of our renovation not going as planned. Thank you Carmine!!
