Yes, friends, this is it. The third and likely final Hannaford location nearest me with a water refill station. This machine can be found on the far left corner entrance area. Only slightly annoying thing about this store is where they decided to place their restrooms. It might just be due to me being so used to going to the Hudson location. But it's not every day that Hannaford places their restrooms on the far right corner toward the front of the store. I dunno. Perhaps they were emulating themselves after Shaw's in the Derry plaza. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯One last anecdote I'd like to highlight is their parking lot design. Not all Hannafords have this. But there's a section of parking lot on the side which leads to another exit way that leads directly up to NH-102E. Complete with its own cart receptacle. It's just like the setup they have at their respective Market Basket and I'm all for it! So, now that I have secured 2 alternative locations to refill water from, I can rest assured that regardless of how many months/years/decades it takes Hudson to repair their broke ass machine, my family and I will not die of dehydration anytime soon. And I'm giving Hannaford in Londonderry 5 conveniently accessible water refill stations out of 5.

I picked this pharmacy because they had the lowest GoodRX price for a prescription, and our prescription plan is usually more money for more common prescriptions. I showed the pharmacy staff the GoodRx coupon on my phone. However, their price was showing as more than double what the coupon price was. I should have left the prescription there, but we needed it. I called GoodRx, and they callef Hannaford to see if they would issue me a refund. Hannaford refused because I had already paid for the medication.I have never had an issue with any other pharmacy using GoodRx. Apparently, you have to call them before you pay for the prescription to resolve issues. The GoodRX representative that I spoke with told me that often pharmacies call them if there is a price difference in order to help their customers get the best price on their medication. Hannaford didn't seem to care about this.There used to be a very caring pharmacist at this location. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I will not be using this pharmacy again. This felt very much like a bait and switch tactic. I will stick with the other pharmacies that do not have issues with honoring the online GoodRX prices.

Don't come here before closing if you don't want the manager to personally manhandle your groceries, stand over the checkout leering at you, and follow you to the door because he locked you in a minute before close. I'll go somewhere else, what a total a**hole.

Very speedy check out in express lane today. Polite staff. Plenty of carts when I entered. Produce was fresh. Not much more I could ask for.

If I could give no stars I would. I will NEVER step foot in this store again after my experience with the RUDEST employee I have ever encountered. I typically shop at this store at least once a week, but after my last visit I would rather drive to the other side of the country before I ever go here again. While on the phone with my sister, I started walking towards self check out to pay for my items. I've always used self check out as any time I've had an employee bag for me, they put too many items in one bag and never double bag anything, not to mention there is usually a maximum of 1 register open at any given time. As I went to scan my first item (while still on the phone) this employee that was currently bagging another customers items, screams at me that I need to go to that register NOW. I looked over and responded with, "I'm not allowed to use self checkout?" She yelled again then walked towards me and said no I had too many items to do it myself at this time of night. I could not believe an employee would yell at a customer the way she did and no one would ever believe it either so I'm actually glad my sister could hear her on the other end of the phone. She couldn't believe that was an employee yelling at me. I was forced to have this woman bag my items incorrectly just because she was worried about getting out of there exactly when they close at 10. This store should do some serious training in regards to customer service because they do not have any skills whatsoever.

You may as well forget about Hannaford To Go, at least at the Londonderry store. They only accept reservations 1 day ahead and the available slots are always full even as early as 1 or 2 minutes after midnight. They won't answer email and they have asked us not to call them on the phone, so how are we supposed to reach them? Naturally they blame everything on COVID-19 and I get that up to a point, but if they're going to offer this service, seems to me like they should be able to run it in a way that's marginally useful to customers. Walmart seems to have little trouble managing their curbside service now, near or at the peak of the pandemic. If they can do it seems like Hannaford should be able to do it, or else drop the curbside service altogether. As things are now, seems like the To Go service is just a marketing tool ("Look at this great service we offer our customers!!!") and not anything that's of any use to customers.

Very Proffesional and Helpful have helped out many times when scripts I’ve needed weren’t called in yet, by giving me what was needed to get thru a few days . Very friendly always on the ball with managing my prescriptions contacting my Dr.s if needed without even being asked. I go out of my way to stay with this Pharmacy

Have been shopping every Sunday at the Londonderry store and I don't understand why they use that day to stock shelves. It is sometimes tough to get around the workers. Isn't stocking shelves usually done on an overnight schedule? I will continue to shop there for many good reasons despite the roadblocks . Also the prices are getting crazy high. Market basket has better prices and more of a selection. Might be making the move to another store

I love Hannaford as a company, it's my grocery store of choice. This review is focused on the Hannaford to Go offering. I routinely use this program at the Bedford and Manchester locations without a hitch. This store does not have a pull through line and does not have the ability to process card payments externally- two very important details that are not explained at any point in the order process. It took over 15 minutes to complete my order, and according to Cory, the assistant manager of the program at this store, that is perfectly normal because there was 1 other customer there at the same time. Cory indicates that they have run the program this way for three years and have no plan to improve this speed. I use this program because I am frequently packing in errands on my way to work, and today I will be running late in exchange for "convenience". Never again at this location.
