The story is long but I will make this review short. My wife and I had done business with another Ford dealership just a few exits South of Londonderry since 1991 when we first moved to the area. We had purchased 8 or 9 vehicles from this dealership (ownership and location change included) over those years. My daughter's Ford had an issue and when I brought the car to this dealership they pretty told me "Sorry but we can't help you". What they actually meant was Oh Well go away. The Service Manager gave me a number to Corporate Ford and said good luck. Good luck was not what we needed, we needed good service. After I spoke with Ford's Coporate office I was given contact information for Londonderry Ford. The difference between the two dealerships was astounding. Shane at Londonderry Ford was on top of his game and I could not have asked for a better encounter. We have also since brought my wife's Ford to the collision center and again a positive experience. I know I stated I would keep this short and believe it or not I have not included much of the frustration I encountered with S-Ford. Londonderry Ford is our new go to and I have told this story no less than 100 times. Treat yourself to a better experience, drive a few more miles north.Thank you Londonderry Ford

Service department "forgot" I had a warranty on my vehicle and didn't get around to calling them till 2 days after I had dropped it off for my scheduled appointment. Don't expect to get anything done in a timely manner at this place.

I recently had my Ford Escape serviced here. The service guys did great! They do a great job. I recently needed a battery replacement and they were quick!

My sons car has been in the shop for a month now. He was told 1-2 weeks to be fixed. His conversation with “BJ” yesterday was that it was fixed and just needed to be painted and it will be ready tomorrow. My son just left there and is very angry. He was completely lied to!Nothing has been fixed or replaced yet . Id like to know how it will be ready for pick up tomorrow? Why lie about it? Will you be paying the bill for the rental car? This is such poor customer service. Unbelievable.

Second review now well I got my car back as I noted before and they told me they would not reimburse me for my rental car when they told me they would and even claimed that they called around to rental car places but nobody had one that was available so I ended up having to call got one and rented it when I went to get refunded for it they denied me and said no one was notified yet in the review I had posted previous to this one they said they were trying to get one for me and they would pay for it so as you can see this place is horrible to do business with. I wish I never went to them for my vehicle never again will I use them never!!!!!!

Our car buying experience at Ford of Londonderry was amazing. Our sales man Daryn was second to none in customer service. He would bend over backwards to try to accomodate any request thrown his way. The Manager, Matt, was also very involve in the sale and provided the utmost customer service experience. Roger, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. These 3 men make this dealership a top notch dealer. If looking for a car, do not hesitate going to Ford of Londonderry, as these 3 men will ensure you have a wonderful car buying experience.

My husband brought my car here on 3/25/22 for an oil change/tire rotation and state inspection. Was informed after the vehicle was lowered back down off the lift that it would need brake work of $300-$500, My car is 4 years old with 21k miles on it. This seemed "off" We got a very thorough 2nd opinion at a different garage two days later and the car passed, Shady way to do business by billing customers for un required work. Yes, I will be reporting to BBB.

In December I had an appointment for my 2021 F250 to have an oil change. Went to drop it off and was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours. Needless to say, I did not drop it off and took it to a dealership in Salem for the oil change which took 40 mins without an appointment. Today I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and check an electrical issue on my 2019 Escape. Matt called my wife and laughed at her when she was trying to explain the issue with the display. she refused to deal with them after that, so I called at 11:28 am to see if the car was done. I was told by Matt that it had not been brought in yet because there was not a time needed on the slip. I stated I scheduled it for 7:30 am and was not happy it had not been brought in yet. Being unhappy with the service I called the service manager Shane who told me that it had to wait for a specific technician for the electrical issue. I asked since it was scheduled, and the issue identified wouldn't it make sense to have the special technician work on it at 7:30. Not sure if it is the technician skill set or poor management but either way the service department is terrible.
