Then he said he would have it done (a large bound remnant) in a certain timeframe and followed through without any sort of nonsense or delay. Not one part of this felt wrong. He helped me and others in the store simultaneously without overlooking anyone or short-changing anyone with his attention. I even enjoyed swiping the credit card. Carpet doesn't roll up evenly so I had a moment of panic, but it fit like a glove. Ari made me hero for a day in my house. Thanks again.”

“Initially, we had issues with the service provided to us. Almost made us go to a big box store. However, once we got the issues worked out with Russell and Elizabeth, we could not ask for a better result. Jay, Jim and Joe were the professional installers whose professionalism was beyond reproach! To me, the mark of a true floor installer is how they handle the transition between the new flooring they are installing and the current floor covering. Basically, ripping up the wall to wall carpet in all areas except the bedrooms and replacing with vinyl tiles.
