“Londonderry Citizens bank has helped me enormously over the past year of 2023. I had a serious bank issue occur through no fault of mine nor the bank’s, and it took weeks to set everything straight. Every single person there was as patient and helpful as they could possibly be- from the tellers (Su, Carla, more) to the bankers (Matt, Sam, Jake) to the manager, Nick. The rest of the year involved other personal issues, including a death in the family, which affected my finances as well as my usual composure. Every single person in this bank said, “No, you’re fine. This is what we are here for” or words to that effect. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me. Also- they are a dog-friendly bank and always have a kind word and a treat for my dog. Truly, I am grateful for the good people at Londonderry Citizens Bank.”
